Pooches at the Pond <pics>

Yesterday my friend and I went to the "Pooches at the Pond" event, where you can bring your dog to a hockey game. :) It was a fundraiser for the Humane Society. I wanted to bring both dogs, but they said I could only have one per person, so I brought Keva since she and Vash (my friend's dog) really like to play together. We had a great time, and even though our team lost, we enjoyed watching the game. :cool:

Keva coming out from under the seats to say hi. She was really good; she stayed under there almost the entire time and slept, she did come out to eat some dropped popcorn and try to beg some beer off the guy next to us. :rolleyes:

That's so cool! C: We have the same kind of event, except with Baseball... but I hate watching Baseball. I wish we had a hockey night for dogs.

All of the dogs are adorable... but not even close to as adorable as Keva and Vash! HOMG, so cute! *steals both of them... to breed and create a legion of Fozzies*

So cool! I wish we had events like that around here.

What a neat event! I am glad you had your camera (we should make it a requirement that to join PT one must pledge to take their cameras everywhere! :p ). Tell Keva she is too young for beer. :p Yes, that huskie did remind me of Star. Of course I really enjoyed this one: (No surprise there :o ) She really put me in mind of my RB Whitney.

What a really neat event! Keva is gorgeous as ever, and Vash, wow!! What a cutie! That basset just made me go "awe" and think of Woody/Kirby/Fred, although he was never that sedate, lol! The Bernese was just stunning! They are such a beautiful breed.

That looks like a lot of fun. I think they have a pet day at Arlington but it's in the off season so there are no live races.

That sure seems like it was alot of fun!!!! I would love to go to something like that. All the dogs are so pretty. Keva looks just gorgeous as always and I love Vash what a cutie pie.

Awesome! Friends, dogs, and hockey who could ask for more (other than a winning team :p )? :D Looks like there was a good turn out too. Back when we had a minor league hockey team here they did a promo where one section was for dogs and their owners, but there were never more than 4-5 dogs. I hope that they do that as a regular event, it looks great. :)

Keva looks so excited, her eyes just twinkle! Vash is a cutie, sounds like you all had fun.
