Old Man's Cave with Robin & the girls ~ 48 pics

While on my vacation in Ohio, Robin took the girls and I to a beautiful place called Old Man's Cave in Hocking Hills National Forest. It's a long hike in a canyon with a lot of beautiful waterfalls. A lot of the water was frozen which made it look even cooler.

That is one places I want to visit before I graduate from college -- hopefully Mike and I will get to do that, hike around in the spring when it gets warmer. =)

The pictures were magnificent. What a beautiful place to visit.

Oh, wow, how beautiful and what memories that brings back. We took the kids when they were quite young and then when they were in high school their youth group went every year and we chaperoned every year. With the age span of our kids, we went for quite a number of years. There is a youth camp nearby that we stayed at which also has some great hiking areas and then we spent one day hiking at the park at Old Man's Cave. Only one year did we go in the winter - sometime in March as I remember and it was cold but lots of fun! Glad you got a chance to see such a beautiful spot and with such special friends too.

That photo of you sitting on the side of the cliff made me feel a bit un easy though, i have a fear of cliff's and faling LOL.

I´m cold tigh now.... but after seeing the icicles I had to put on some gloves as my hands were freezing ......those pics really transmited the cold very cool!!!

I miss Ohio. There were several areas like that up north that we used to go hiking in.

That is such a gorgeous place! I really wish I would have been able to visit it with you. I'd love to take my dogs there sometime.
