Five Day old Puppy Pictures

Well the pups are now five days old and growing very fast. So here are som fun pictures I just took.

This is Dark Yellow Collared boy. You can really see how good the black pigment is coming in. On his feet his toes are turning black so when you see them you think he stepped in black ink. lol

This is our Light Blue Giant. LOL He is th ebiggest boy of the bunch and has been from the start. You can certianly tell he likes his milk. lol

Here is a couple of Sherman after a very satisfying lunch. He never bothers to waste t eh energy of crawling away after eating. He prefers to just roll over and sleep right there.

Here is Red boy taking a nap. He is still the most vocal of the bunch.

Now the whole bunch. After eating they always head to teh lino. They know just where it is. They stake out their spot and don't move till there is a reason too.

Omg what adorable little babies. It's so funny that they crawl to the lino after eating. lol

Between the pictures and the video I am just having a great time watching these little cuties grow up:D

Look at them....they're so precious....I wish I could cuddle them!

Here is todays weight update. Since their birth they have gained:

Dark Blue: 8.8oz
Green: 7.3oz
Light Blue: 8.1oz
Red: 6.5oz
Rainbow: 7.9oz
Light Yellow: 8.7oz

All are active and thriving. I am hoping to take another video of them feeding today. I will post a link when I have it ready.

They are still climbing very steadily in weight. Here is how much they have gained since birth:

Dark Blue: 11.3oz
Green: 9.5oz
Light Blue: 10.2oz
Red: 8.9oz
Rainbow: 9.4oz
Light Yellow: 11oz

They are almost, but not quite, double their birth weight. Maybe today will put them over the top for doubling it.

I will try and post some pictures today. Also watch for tomorrows post. I will be taking 1 week old shots of them to compare to the first day shots. I will post them side by side so you can see how much they have changed in size, pigment and so on.

Absolutely some of the most beautiful and adorable puppies ever. :D I can't wait to see more pics of them as they get bigger.
