Baby boy names - which one?

Ok we are thinking of three names for the baby, just looking for other opinions. His middle name will be Neal (my father's middle name). Also, our last name starts with a 'T.' Which of these names do you like?

I voted for Jacob Neal. Down the line he will be able to "change" his name to "Jake" if he perfers. Tye and Gavin don't have a shorter name to switch to.

:) I voted for Gavin.. I think that goes well with Neal..

LOL If we have a boy we are naming him Jacob as well :D so that was definitely my first choice.... but I chose Tye.... I don't know why I just like it.

I like the sound of Gavin Neal the best, although Jacob Neal works well, too.

It's a tie for my between Jacob Neal and Tye Neal. :)

I love the name Gavin, but Jacob Neal just flows really nicely. :)

I like Tye too but you are right! What explosive initials! :D

I don't like Gavin for the simple reason that the N's blend together. Something about it, making the same sound at the end of one name and starting another with the same sound.

I love the name Jacob. Such a strong name and one that carries the feeling that he will be a good man. Neal just compliments it so nicely.

haha I know, that's my husband's favorite part of that name :rolleyes: You know men haha

Hubby is really stuck on Tye, so we may end up going that route. Jacob is probably my favorite.

Just a little wander off-topic though - how many of you decided what your children were going to be called when you were just a kid and would you be annoyed if someone else used "your" name first???

I like Gavin. :)

Jacob got my vote, and Gavin was my second choice.
