Jupiter is on his way!!!!

Jupiter just left on his way to Dr. Goodnow's home! The man transporting him was very nice and held Jupiter in his arms! I'm so relieved that he is a cat-loving person and not just someone doing a "job"! ;) He put Jupiter in what looked like a brand new carrier and I had bought him a new bed to rest in on his trip as well! I also sent one of Catmandu's famous catnip ball toys with him! He loves those things and had already slobber-saturated this particular one today! :D As soon as he got in his new bed in the carrier, he started doing the happy feet dance, so I know he was comfortable! Mike said the trip should take about 6 hours, stopping only for gas!

Kym and Jas, please let me know when our boy arrives! :)

Oh Kym, I also sent Jupiter's paperwork with him in a small brown envelope... be sure Mike gives it to you! It's clipped on top of the carrier! ;)

It's a long way, but so nice that Jupiter is travelling with a cat loving person. :) After getting into some Canadian catnip, he'll probably take a good long nap.

The Found Cats are so pleased that Jupiter took one of thier toys with him to his Furr Ever Home.
And the Pet Angel Travel Associaton will escort Jupiter to his new home and they know that Jupiter will enjoy his New Guardians.
And bless you Kim for giving Jupiter that good start , and getting him a great new home.

I am so glad for this wonderful meeting. He truly is not only a GORGEOUS cat, but obviously VERY, VERY sweet. :) A truly happy ending.

Jupiter is settling in, of course not everyone here was so thrilled with his arrival........Lilly was rather annoyed with the intrusion and took it out on my hand and leg. Thorazine is always an option.......... :rolleyes:

Jupiter, like a few other critters I have hasn't grasped the concept of NO, he is determined to be friends with everyone, and although Lilly said no, he kept trying to be nice......so she took her complaint out on me. The hand is sore, and bruised but will be fine. Needless to say everyone looked at her like she had lost her mind, oh wait she did :) ( and you guys wonder why I let the vet deal with nail trims on her :p )

Other than that, he is doing great, very affectionate and seems much more sedate and accepting of the long ride new house big dogs, loud birds etc, than poor Pennys cats, who think they have been left in Toonville from Hell ;) .

Well Off to work on the upstairs, and bribe Kim to come decorate my house :D

I must have missed his story somehow. :( ......well goodluck in your new furrever home Jupiter :)
