Mufasa: Pfffftt...Who needs a pedigree to be a show dog?

My handsome little boy got a full grooming tonight (I have to do him on a seperate day from the other 3. He's like bathing/grooming 2 dogs all together with that fur!) Bath, toefur trimming, nail trimming, full blow drying, brushing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, etc. It takes me about 2.5 hours just on him.

Anyhow, I snapped a few pics in the process.

I have a bunch of Mutt Strut photos to go through.. they will be up eventually! When I say a bunch, I mean 300+ so I'll have to get the chance to sit down at the computer for a while to resize them and all. :)

Moooo, you're such a hunk! The mohawk picture is adorable! =D If Mufasa *was* a breed of dog, I'd be all over that. You are so lucky to have the only Mufasa on earth!

:D He just kills me with that little head tilt he does! :D With a 2 1/2 hr. prep time, it's a good thing he likes baths! He looks very handsome :cool:

you can show him on Exempt Dog Shows. There are classes for pedigree and non-pedigree dogs. I'm sure Mufasa can win "the most handsome dog" class. :)

by the way, Mufasa looks a lot like Kiara when he is wet :D

Aww look at the little show pony, what a handsome boy :D. Moo man you sure are growing up nicely. Kay i can sympathise with you on the grooming, the Border Collies usually take a good hour each to get them looking perfect... then they go out and roll in the dirt.

Looks like Moo enjoyed his bath about as much as Jack did the other night! He is so handsome and that head tilt thing sure made me smile. As ususal beautiful pictures of a beautiful dog!

Oh my, Moo does not look amused to be getting a bath. But he sure does look handsome afterwards. And I swear that boy could rule the world with that little head tilt of his. Who could possibly tell that little face he can't have whatever he wants?

2.5 hours :eek: and here I am complaining about the hour and a half (and sometimes less) it takes me to get BOTH of my dogs done LOL... Mufasa is such a handsome boy :)
