I have seen a chow chow and black lab cross. They are absolutely adorable.
Now I need to convince my husband!!!
I would take my two favorite breeds. The Beagle and the German Shoirthaired Pionter.
Thats why I chose Hannah, I was told she was pure beagle but she has freckles sort of like the GSP does, the beautiful keen eyes and the thin head.
So I guess she is my dream dog :0)
What do you think does she pass as the mix ?

Hannah is the one on the left ...LOL...

Ilovehounds, Hannah is a beauty, I can see why you are so proud. I think she is perfect as she is. I like her blue friend too.
I definitely think she has some GSP because of her height and the speckles, but I think I see a little Bassett in her face and the longer ears.
My dog is an aussie/chessapeke bay mix. He's a gorgous mix and he has the most gentle, mellow personality, not to mention he's the fastest learning and most intelligent dog I have had the pleasure of knowing. My dream purebred is a German import GSD, and it's also my future dog. I have also met some delightful pit bull mixes, I have had some great experiences with pit bulls and pit bull mixes.
mine would be a cross between GSD, Pit BUll, and Rottie because thoose are my three fav dogs. Simba is actually a dream come tru for me if i took out rottie. I think he is the most beautiful dog in the world

Sue,
Oh my gosh is Willie gorgous! She has the face of a gentle giant! We may end up adopting because I have always adopted and it's the kind thing to do, however, I have puppy feaver BIG TIME!!! I want a puppy SO bad http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif I need puppy breath, I need to hear those little puppy hickups, I need to see that pup grow from a baby that I pick up and hold lovingly close to my heart, to a gentle giant who looks like Willie http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif In 2-4 months we will have a beautiful house with a bit of land and at that time the search will be on for a female GSD pup. I saved that link in my favorites, when the time comes my husband and I will do searches and visit the breeder of choice and also GSD rescues. We will pick the pup that we fall in love with most. I can harldy wait http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif
Thanks for the link, and thanks for the pic of Willie...it makes me even more excited to get a GSD http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif I love the breed so very much and I hope my future GSD pup grows up to be as gorgous as Willie. She is what I picture my grown dog looking like http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif
I love exactly what I have! But it would be nice if there was a Golden Retriever that wouldn't eat my plants and dig up my new sod! That's my dream breed! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif
Logan
Willie is two years old. Why would anyone give up such a beautiful girl?

We are very happy with our Schnauzers, however it would be nice to have a Schnauzer who gets along with other dogs, loves people,
don't chew Dad's slippers, doesn't scare the Grandkids, Let's the Mailman deliver the mail, don't jump up and scare everybody when they are riding in the Explorer, doesn't eat everything in sight, doesn't runs away when it's bathtime, and comes to us when we call them.
Other than that, they are our DREAM BREED.
Here he is:Quote:

A German Shepherd mixed with a Rottweiler would be the absolute best breed of dog. Those are my two favorites. Also, both are beautiful, and great companions and guard dogs! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif
ownerof3dogs, I couldn't see the pics you posted but I went to your album. Zues and Hercules are gorgeous!!! They look like Hovawarts. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif
i couldn't see your pictures (ownerof3dogs) either so i went to your web site and i didn't work but i'm gonna try again
If you see a little red X right click on it and go to properties and copy the URL and put it in your address bar then you should be able to see it
My drean dog would be a cross between a great dane & lab & chow mix.
My DREAM dog is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever!
