Miss Tucker - Still Hanging in There

Well, Miss Tucker, my old lady, is still hanging in with us. She is approximately 22 years old. While I have seen a big decline in her health this last year she still never ceases to amaze us each day.

For the most part she spends her time sleeping. All curled up in the tinest ball that she can make herself into.....

Other times she keeps the heat registers from running away....

and other times, like just this morning, she got a burst of energy and ran up and down the stairs three times....and then proceeded to curl up in a ball and retire for the rest of the day.

;) Such a pretty girl.. Hang in there as long as you can baby girl.. Years ago my Miss Priss lived to be 21 1/2 yrs before departure.. She would always amaze me everyday too..

Miss Tucker is amazing! She's absolutely precious. Please kiss her on her little white stripe for me ;)

AND SMOKEY WHO WAS 17 AT LEAST WHEN HE CAME HERE WAS ONLY EXPECTED TO LAT 6 MONTHS.
HE STAYED FOR ALMOST 7 YEARS.
HE WAS SUCH A GOOD OLD CAT.
HE SAYS HANG IN THERE MISS TUCKER, YOU LOOK MARVELLOUS.

Miss Tucker, you don't look a day over 16. :p She's a sweet lookin' gal.

Awww, Miss Tucker, you are such a graceful lady. I hope that heater vent keeps you warm, I know mine does my when I hog it like that.

I've been thinking of you, Tucker, and hoping you're withstanding all those East Coast storms in a nice warm comfy place, and I see you are! Nothing better than holding a heat vent in place when it's cold and nasty outside. :D
