Pretty self explanatory, just your favorite type of dog - not breed, but more breed grouping, like Sighthounds or Herding. I guess mine would have to be Terriers, just because I love their zest for life, their size, and their cute wiry/shaggy coats.

I love herding dogs. :D
Working dogs for me!;)
Herding dogs! :D
I love both the sporting group and herding group equally. :)
Herding :D
I picked toy because I love the toy poodle. But I really am a lover of the good old mutts.
Mutts all the way!
Working Dog of course! Gotta love a dog that can help carry my camping gear.......of course said same dog eats the trail mix behind my back
I've always pretty much liked the non-sporting breeds. =]
Though terrier comes in a close second!
I'm pretty much all over the map. I picked Non-Sporting because it's my favorite to watch, plus my favorite breed's in there.
Sighthound, by far, but Pekes are my heart breed. I don't like most other Toy breeds, though. =/ I'm a big dog person really!
I like the larger dogs. They are gentle, intelligent and calmer then the smaller breeds.
Definatly Working :)
WORKING! :D Great danes in particular. Sibes, saint bernards, dobermans, boxers, and malamutes are my other faves.
Any dog that barks, arfs, or woofs (or any variation) is good for me. Seriously, though, I like the hounds because they use their canine senses of sight and smell to such great ability. I also like the Non-Sporting group because it's so diverse!
I really just like dogs in general. I think if I had to choose a group to be my favorite though it would probably be terriers. I have 2 terriers now, a miniature pincher and a terrier mix (I don't know exactly what is in her, but she has the heart of a terrier), I see a lot of dachshund in her and perhaps some jack russell.
I like the working group and I think that includes great danes, huskys, and german sheperds and I also love the herding group (collies and Borzois, I think Borzois are in that group..not sure)
The Borzoi is actually sighthound, not a herding breed. :)Quote:

My favorite is the Herding Group.
Woot! Woot! sighthounds! :D
Sporting! English setters and flat-coats are the best in the group. ;)
Hearding,
Collies are the best ..but I also adore German Shepards lol.
My favorite is the herding group. :)
Love the working german shepherds. But I think any dog would melt my heart. :)
I love all working dogs, i love the big, bulky dogs!

It looks really healthy. I can't imagine what an overwieght one would look like.Quote:

haha, I've gone crazy! :p
My favorites are the pointing breeds, including the standard poodle who isn't even considered a pointing breed any more.
Their extreme athleticism, boundless energy, eagerness to please, trainability, adaptability, versatility, and the ability to think on their own are all endearing traits to me. These same traits can also be extremely challenging to a first time owner. ;)
You know..I'm not a big fan of a lot of the terriers, but both of my all-time favorite breeds are terriers. :)
I voted herding dog, since I have one. I'm sure if/when I get a different dog I'd like that group. LOL:D
I love the terriers, of course. But I also like non-sporting, I think it is by far the most interesting, diverse and entertaining group to watch.
Herding and Terriers are equal first ;).
