A day of thanks and appreciation

My little girl, Mimi, is celebrating her 13th birthday on June 18th. :) We couldn't let the day pass without recognizing her and praising her for being the absolute best kitty ever. She has been through life with me, longer than Helen has, and has taken every move and change in her little life with no problem.

My greatest wish is to have her with me for a long, long time to come. Happy Birthday precious girl!!! :D

I don't have new pictures, so some of these will seem very familiar, but what is a birthday celebration without pictures of the "lady" being honored!!! :)

LOL!!! He is as bad as ever!!! :D Actually, he looks so cute right now, sleeping beside me in the rocking chair. He has his little face all pressed up against the side rails, and he is sacked out!! :D I love him when he sleeps. :o

Mimi is blushing :o.........oops, I was wrong. She says Queens don't blush, but they do get red faced when their brothers jump up to eat ahead of them. So.........that's what it is all about.

We all have a healthy respect for our Mimi and are her loyal subjects. Karen, she appreciates her crown so much. And thank you for letting us know that today would have been your mother's birthday too. I'm sure that Mimi could not have shared her day with a better person. :)

Tell Bootz dat if he makes it, in a dignified, all-loving kinda way, like Mimi, to his 13th birfday, MAYBE we'll see about a crown for him. But only when he can match Queen Mimi's accomplishments - not ever'body can just get a crown.

And scepters go only to those who rule with a velvet paw - they're for declarations and decorations, not defense! :)
