Gini's Dinner with Mango & Peaches

On Sunday evening Gini got to meet Mango and Peaches over dinner. Mango gave her his usual greeting

What a useful kittie Peaches is to have around. She is the perfect hostess, helping out guests when they are struggling to finish their dinner, then a whizz in the kitchen doing the clearing up! Did Peaches also make the dinner?

Of course, meeting and greeting are also very important jobs, as well as supervising to make sure everything is running smoothly. It is here that Mango seems to excel.

Don't they both make it look so effortless? I am most impressed.

Can you imagine how many places you can go and hear people ohing and ahing over a cat "helping" a dinner guest???? :D :D :D

And Gini looks positively enchanted to have Peaches sweet dainty tongue in her mousse! (Not that I blame her!)

BTW...I noticed between the two of them.....they finished it off....WELL DONE!

That reminds me of Princess, and John Hancock sharing my Butterscotch Jello Pudding.

You just cannot imagine how honored you feel receiving attention from Mango and Peaches. I did have to pass the initial "sniff" test, but once I was accepted we settled down to have dinner and especially "dessert" together.

At one point Peaches had her entire head in my purse - but finding no contraband it passed inspection as well.

Barbara, falling under their spell is putting it mildly. Sara, yes, some people would simply not understand, but you haven't lived until you have shared dessert with an Aby!

It was one of the lovliest evenings I have spent in a long time.

Beverly and Randy are the perfect hosts - but Mango and Peaches have had them in training for a while now.:D

Randy, thank you for the PM pointing me in this direction. Was Mango actually standing on your head or were you leaning up against the counter??? Either way, I'll take some of what she's having.

I would have no problems sharing my dessert with such a sweetheart. Mango and Peaches, maybe someday I can meet you too.

Slick, that counter is Mango's starting platform from which he makes contacts with visitors- you can however tell that with ladies he is more gracious.

Gorgeous cats, gorgeous photos. I've always wanted an Aby cat but they don't appear in shelters very often. I'm glad you told us that the dessert was a pistachio flan because it looked rather like syllabub to me and I was waiting to hear that Peaches weaved all over the table. I hope you had some more flan in reserve so that Gini could get her full share? I know I hate missing dessert.

How precious! I would love to get welcomed with head bumpies and then share my dessert with Mango and Peaches. Great pictures! I think they are both gorgeous cats! :)

To tell the truth, little Peaches is a lush. She likes wine a lot and any unattended glass will have her little tongue in it until you take it away from her. A sweet white is her favorite but she will tolerate a red.

Where else but on PT would folks understand the significance of sharing your dessert with such a beautiful kitty? Gini, you sure were a hit with Mango and Peaches! Not only do they help to make the dinner party a success, Mango and Peaches clean up the dishes afterwards. They are two extraordinary beauties and the perfect hostesses!!!

Tibby and Corkscrew enjoy drinking Irish Creme, I always have to make sure to hide my glass or they will help themselves to a little too much!
