The kayak wasn't really a birthday present. Stuart doesn't do birthdays, Christmas or any other occasion really. It used to drive me crazy, but now I just buy my own presents and use his credit card. It works for both of us. I always get what I want and he doesn't have to go to town!

This is what his Visa card bought me this year! It's silver, opals and amethyst. I got in Alaska a couple weeks ago!

We are supposed to be going for dinner if Stuart gets off work in time. If he doesn't, he's going hungry because I'm not cooking and I've eaten enough cake today to not need other food for days! :p
