*doing the happy dance* I had an interview this morning with Carabetta Enterprises, the biggest rental properties in CT. I'm going to train as a re-certification assistant. Pays $12/hr to start. WHEN I get hired, I'll go up to $14/hr with benefits, and 1 weeks vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after a year. The whole interview took less than an hour.
FINALLY, I'll be able to pay my bills!!!

Since it's subsidized housing, the tenants have to give us paperwork that shows their income so we can charge them the proper amount of rent. I make sure it's correct and in on time. It won't be your average secretarial job.
I'm really looking forward to this. Casual business attire (I love wearing slacks!) and dress down Fridays.
