Mac was not too sure about the river. The current freaked him out a bit.

Raven does not swim, but she needed to cool off so she waded a bit. You can see she's just starting to blow her winter coat. She hates being brushed so she looks a little mangy!

This has never happened before. Pacer usually refuses to get his paws wet. It's funny watching him dodge puddles in the spring. It was about 24C on Saturday and even Pacer was too hot. He wouldn't swim, but he did actually go in the water for the first time in his life!

Looks beautiful there at this time of year ...... you planning on going canoeing sometime soon?

Good to see your real pups. :) See Pacer, it does make you feel cooler. Oh my, mushing in the winter and swimming in the summer, you pups do have the good life. :)

All the pups are just adorable as ever. They looked like they had a very fun walk and a fun swim. I loved all the pictures, you are a great photographer. :D

As normal as a dog like Delta gets! He has regained the weight he lost. He was pretty obsessive about food when he first got back, but he's relaxed about that again. He acts like he always did in the yard, but is a bit more protective of the gate. He gets very upset if the neighbor's St. Bernard comes over--so do I since Zorro causes all sorts of trouble when he wanders.

Nope, I don't canoe, but I have been out in my kayak lots. :p I did a river day trip on the weekend. I should post some of those pics in general. If the wind stays down, I'm going out tonight too.

If Zorro was like Daisy I wouldn't care, but Zorro fence fights with my dogs. After he caused Mac to need emergency veterinary care, I told his owner exactly what will be happening if Zorro continues to roam. I am not taking Zorro home anymore. He'll be going to animal control and his owner can pay the extremely large fine for a roaming, unlisenced, unneutered dog. We haven't seen much of Zorro since then and the few times he has come to the fence, his owner has been in hot pursuit!

I can never pick a favorite dog out of your crew. I love them all. :D
