Mutt Strut Pics and Katie's Bath Pics

Tomorrow Katie and I are going to Pawzfest and meeting up with other Ptr's so this evening I took her to the self service doggy wash so she could look all pretty for tomorrow. This was our first time there and I really liked it. Katie was a very good girl. Here is a pic of her all soaped up.

Every time we go out Katie gets lots of comments. I love it!! :D

Looks like you had good weather for the walk. I love the Weim, he is gorgeous. Lots of good looking dogs there, it looks like you had a pretty good turn out.
Of course you get comments on Katie, she is a beautiful girl, with a really cute face. Get used to being stopped when you are walking with her. :)

Looks like fun! So many adorable pups. Your girls are looking as beautiful as ever. The self service doggy wash looks neat! Katie doesn't look too pleased, though ;)

Ohhh I really like that place you took Katie to. I see suds up Katie, but where's the soft furry clean Katie?!

The Mutt Strut must be a lot of fun too bad there isn't one in my area. Katie doesn't look like she is having too much fun in the bath!

I do think they have a mutt strut here. :) Katie is gorgeous and she looks like such a patient girl getting her bath. :D Have fun at the Pawzfest today! :D

Great pictures as always Robin! In that bathtub shot Katie looks so *petite* without all of her fur. LOL! I love the one of Katie and Tori together. We'll forgive you this time for only taking one, but don't let it happen again! :p :p :D

Katie must be so soft & fluffy now! She looks pretty content getting a bath, at least a lot more than my two do! The mutt strutt looked like a good time, too - lots of cutie pies!

Katie is the one who isn't good with other dogs. She is ok as long as she is on leash and doesn't get too close to other dogs. Some dogs she seems just fine with and will sniff around while some dogs can set her off big time. I would never let her off leash with other dogs, except for Tori of course ;).
Tori is the one that loves to play with other dogs and you will get to meet at Findlay. I wish you could meet Katie too but with Findlay being such a big event I don't want to take her and not be able to relax and enjoy hanging out with you and all the other new folks that are coming ;).

I'm so excited!!! I can hardly wait. I'd love to be able to meet Katie, too as I've loved every Akita I've met so far, but maybe some other time. I'll just have to give Tori some extra hugs and kisses to take back to her sister for me. ;)
