What is the price of gas in your area? In Pittsburgh the average is between $2.95 and $2.99 a gallon. I actually found a station where the price DROPPED a penny! (at $2.92 a gallon)

I saw it from 2.83 to 2.88 today around here.
$1.14 a liter here, my dad actually drives to moosejaw just to fill his tank, because he found a gas station out there thats .94 cents a liter..you have to realize that moosejaw is another city, 76Km away lol THAT is the point is has gotton too, nobody is driving unless it is absolutly nessasary.
Thank goodness I went from a fuel injected V-6 Oldsmobile to a 4 cylinder Cobalt!Quote:

3.23 to 3.49 a gallon!
I can't cuss on this site.... :( :D
It is about 2.89 a gallon here, and rising.
Willie
Wow Richard! Is that regular? We are pretty much just under $3.00 for regular. Unfortunately hubby needs the high test stuff for his high performance engine. My car is happy with regular thank goodness.Quote:

Pam,
3.23 is regular, the 3.49 is supreme.
I don't even look at the prices anymore.

 TTTToooooo Much $$$$$ Here the price is $2.89..
its 2.78 here....i thought it was bad but not bad compared to everyone else
1.23 a litre....with the exchange rate it would be about 4.11 per US gallon in US dollars! Last week, Whitehorse had the highest gas price of any Canadian city. It's even higher in the small communities up here.
Average is about $3.07!!!
Edited to add that thats the average for the regular cheap gas too, not the premium.
I wish I was paying what some of you are, except Richard of course, thats a big ouchie.
:( It was $2.77 when I came to work today.... but who knows what it will be when I leave here in a few minutes.
My frustration is that it will fluctuate so much in a few hours time. Just Saturday, it was $2.93! How is it that it can change that much in less than 24 hours???
However, I am fortunate, because one of the services offered by my agency is trasnportation for seniors. We have 8 vans on the road all day. When the price starts to creep up, the drivers will alert us and we head out to fill up if necessary!
This is getting ridiculous! My folks may not even come to Indiana to visit this summer (from Florida) because of the cost of flights! :( While it may be cheaper fro them to drive, they are older, and don't feel confortable with that drive.
well around here right now it is between 3.09 to 3.75 a gallon!!! Thank god i am not working right now, and dont have to take my truck anywhere much!!!
Right now it's between about $2.78 for ethonal gas (that is subsidized though) up to $3.25 for premium. It just went down 7 cents per gallon too! This is one time where I'm actually kind of glad my husband and I share a car...
I made bean soup yesterday-today......plenty of cheap gas today.   :DQuote:

I went to get my car washed yesterday and the line to pay was out the door. They discount the price of gas if you get a car wash - with a wash it was "only" $2.99 a gallon!
It's about $2.79 over here.
Anywhere from $2.75 - $2.95 here, depending on which gas station you go to and how close to the strip it is since we're a tourism town they feel the need to jack up prices, regardles
It has actually come down a little in the past week. THe store where I usually always buy my gas went from $2.85 to $2.79 almost overnight, but they've been known to go up in just a few hours.
Ours is currently $2.90
