We brought home a....SKINNY PIG!!!! His name is Harley and hes 5 months old and we bought him for my sister but we are teaching he rhow to care for him and stuff.

How old is your sister? I was young when I got Taffy, and I didn't realize how much work a guinea pig actually was. If your sister is young and for some reason loses interest, you'll help her out, right? ;)

Shes 6 almost 7 and yes dont worry I will take care of him if she looses intrest but I dont think she will with him. But she has been getting like poofy red eyes when she is near him. Could she be allergic to a hairless pig!!??:confused: Or that aspen shavings.

It could be the shavings she is allergic to...also, most people are allergic to dander not fur. It's why there are actually a fair number of hairless cats in rescue, because people think they're not going to be allergic and then they get kitty home and find out that cats STILL make dander...
Anywho, I LOVE skinny pigs! We used to sell them at the store I worked in and they were one of mt favorite critters ever!
