That doesn't seem possible to me, unless if the parent was artificially inseminated. The height and size difference is just to different ...

i was thinking the same thing.....that is quite a big difference between the two

I know but it could be possible, sometimes I know the bitch will lay down when she is really ready to breed.

I know its happened before, I saw some puppies from that cross on.. Animal Cops, or something like that. But haha they were so funny looking.

And didn't someone here on PT have some chihuahua and like.. rott mixies at a shelter they volunteered at? Or some other really really OFF mix?

Yes, the listing does say that the Mama dog was a Great Dane.

But I guess maybe the great dane (mama) was some mix as well, so she wasnt SO big as danesuse to be and also I´ve seen some chihuahuas who are overgrown..so maybe that´s possible.. :confused:

It wouldnt be possible unless the mom was a great dane! The puppies would be too big for a chihuahua to deliver.

When my Mom was a kid, she had a Chihuahua named Lilly... my Grandfather left her in the backyard to go potty, and the nieghbors Yellow Lab jumped the fence and bred with her - he found them, er, tied. They brought her to the vet, but she delivered 4 puppies naturally without complications. The pups looked basically like 20-lb labs, except they were spotted because Lilly was spotted ;)

I agree,looks more like a lab mix to me but I guess anythings possible.Quite interesting though and she really is pretty.

I used to work with a girl that had a yorkshire terrier/lab mix. She got him from the shelter - the people that brought him in said they had a lab and a yorkie and neither were fixed and they didn't know the lab was in heat until they walked in and found them. Course it would be easier that the male was the smaller dog......
