I had a cat who looked just like Linus and he lived to be 19 1/2 years old. He died in May of 2001. It almost seems like reincarnation. His name was Elvis and he was a sweetheart.
I now have a calico, named Prudence and she is 4 1/2 years old. She is a toughy who had a life expectancy of 2 years because of feline leukimia. She looks great and no one would ever know she has this disease.
