yes one is blue heeler, the ears has nothing to do with either breed, perhaps from cropping, but who knows, try and guess the other one

My friend has a dog that looks EXACTLY like that dog, ears & all (except the color) and she is a Aussie/pit mix.

Has to be part pit, I have spent many hours looking at pit mixes on PBRC to find the perfect pictures for many graphic things and she looks pit to me.
