I'll be making:
Swordfish all'acqua pazza (baked w/ black olives, capers & 1 plum tomato diced)
buttery rice
green salad with lemon and olive oil

wow, to me that sounds like a fancy meal, and would be weird to get used too..at my house all meals are fend for youself, and occasionaly someone will be making food for themselves and ask if anyone else wants anything at the same time lol
Nothing fancy. I sent my husband to do the grocery shopping yesterday and he got 3 varieties of steak (cubed, skillet, etc.) in addition to the two NY strips we already had in the freezer. Anyone want to buy some red meat off me? :eek:

That sounds good, Kay!!!!! :) I have no idea what we're having. It's just Scott and me for dinner and we have leftovers from yesteday's lunch (I used two of Pamela's recipes, by the way), so we may just eat those.
