my mom passed away

my mom passed awey after a long 2 years years of fighting Breast and lung cancer on nov 28 2003 .

I am sorry to hear you lost your mom, but you know she'll always be with you, right? I, too, lost my mom after a long illness. It's a sad mixture of grief and relief that she didn't have to suffer any more. If you need to talk, PM or email me any time.

Oh my gosh. I am so sorry to hear that. I know how you must be feeling. Just go by Karen's advice. She is always with you. And it is great relief that she doesn't have pain anymore. And, just remember that you will see her again. She wouldn't want you to be sad.

Todd , I am so sincerely sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad on September 29th of this year. The pain is still extremely fresh, but it’s semi-tolerable now. I also lost my mother when I was 17 to lung cancer, so I understand some of the feelings you’re having. Please know that anything, whether there is and “afterlife” or not, is better than pain and suffering here on earth.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know that the loss of a parent can be very painful, allow yourself to grieve and keep your friends and family close.

Like many others have said, keep her in your heart and she will be with you forever. She is also in a better place then she has been.
