My wedding favors

I bought candles and matching votives and I'm still in the process of putting them all together. My colors are celedon and lavender.

They are very sweet, I love the colours.

I like the candles, they are prettier & more useful, than sugared almonds (typical favors in England)

they are very pretty colors, what color will the brides maids dresses be? you must be so excited! or is it starting to be the "nervous" time in planning? are you 2 ready to elope to Los Vegas yet? just kidding! your wedding is going to be wonderful, can't wait to see the pics! congratulations again

And PayItForward...Those organza covered pouches of almonds used to be the standard favor here too! I loved them! Haven't seen them at weddings in ages.:(

years ago, my mother used to make a silk ribbon flower, on some kind of stem, and the flower had those almond candies in the middle, they ere really pretty.

those are SO COOL!!! I love candels!

We used them at our wedding--not pouches though, we used glassine envelopes for ours--favors were the one thing I didn't want to spend a lot on:o

We have a small wedding party- just a maid of honor and best man. so Laura will be wearing celedon and holding lavender roses. I posted pics of the dress a couple of months ago. I am getting very excited, not so much nervous, but very excited to get married and to also see my friends and family that I haven't seen in a long time.

How pretty! Love the colours too.:)
