Wish Us Luck!
Please send good thoughts our way...Sadie is taking her skills test tomorrow. This is a test to pass the "advanced family dog manners" class, a prereq for any agility, therapy classes, competition obedience classes, etc. at the training place we use. The test has 5 parts, and although shorter, similar to CGC testing. She has to walk on a loose leash, walk within 4 ft of another dog without reacting, greet a friendly stranger, come from 20ft. thru distraction and do s sit/stay will we walk out the door. I am sorta worried since we have been gone for the last week and not had a lot of time to work with her. We did a make up class last night though and she did pretty good. What worries me most is that no food is allowed during testing. She does really will with treats.....

She Passed!
Yeah Sadie! It was not her best performance, and they were pretty forgiving, but Sadie passed her skills test! Now she can take competition classes! Thanks for the good wishes everyone!
