 We thank you so much for all of the E-Mail addressess for me to contact.. See I just knew we would find the right people.. See our patience paid off.. Yes Carmen is getting the babies from Connie on Friday & then the babies go to Debbie's for 2 nights & then I will pick them up on Sunday from Debbie.. Then by Sunday evening we will all be home & pooppeedd.. We will keep all posted as the transporting unfolds.. Many Thanks to Everyone for Your Support & Loving Hearts..
During my work day I often peak in on this thread for a minute or two to read the last postings.
You know, I've always loved PT and I wish I could post more often. When it comes to threads such as this I can't help but cry happy tears.
I've seen the love and prayers of this community pay off time and time again.
MOFF: I know you will miss the little monkeys but we can see their progress over the years. Many blessings to you for taking in these sweet babies and showing them what the love of a human feels like. I know that Lilac had alot to do with this. Your heart is bigger than mine will every be.
LV, Melissa and others: My heart gets that warm fuzzy feeling when I see what we can do if we put our minds to it. Sending out prayers and love to you too.
Big hugs to all
:love::love::love:
Helene I keep forgetting to tell you my vet put their birthday at 04/14/10. They are a little over 9 weeks old. Probably weigh a little over 2 pounds. Chip weighed 2.4 and Chuck 2.3 at the vets the other day. They all look close to the same size.
I'm so thrilled you will get them while they are still babies. Now you can have some of the baby fun. I was beginning to think they would be senior citizens before they met you. :D
Thanks again everyone so very much. We couldn't do this without you!:love::love:
I couldn't find Carmela a bit ago. There she was, in the pet taxi. She packed herself ready for her trip to Texas. I told her she can't go until tomorrow. We still need to put a clean towel in the carrier and finish packing their bag. At least we know she won't freak out from being in the carrier. :D

OMG!!.. how cute is that?!.. aww... sheŽs anxious to go home.. aww..
cute lil paw pad.. love all the splotches.. hehe
she is napping to make the time go by faster, till she can get to meet her new mom:)
Awww little Carmela is all packed and ready to go! :D
I have a question, and it's okay if I don't get an answer. But, I see the vet put their birthday at 4/14/10 and they weigh over two pounds. My Jax's birthday was estimated to be 4/5/10 and he weighed in at 1.6 pounds at the vet on Tuesday. Is Jax just small for his age? Or are these babies big? I know they look at teeth to determine age, but a whole pound difference when they are 10 days apart (approx.) in age.
This is so sad.:( I can't believe that she wasn't charged with any animal cruelty charges and now she has another dog. I wonder if this was the dog that could've killed poor Lilac.:(
Yippee!!! I'll be praying for an easy and safe transport for them.:)
Cindy, it could be a little of both.:) I'm surprised to hear that your Jax is still only 1.6lbs. He's already neutered right? I always thought that a kitten had to weigh at least 2lbs before they could be spayed or neutered.
I sort of think my kits may be a week older but it's just an estimate. Maybe mine are just plump. Chip gained .4 pound in 7 days. I think she estimated on the low side because they have to be a certain age for some of the shots. She didn't want to give the shots too soon.
krazyaboutkatz, I was wondering if that was the dog too. It is one huge sucker!
No word from Carmen yet. She said she would wait until rush hour was over to leave and would call when she was on the way. I wish she would hurry. I can't hear the phone in the kitchen or bathroom and I need to go visit those rooms soon! ;)
the time has come..:D.. please take bye bye pics before they leave..
awww.. hoping they have a safe trip :)
My prays that the trip will go smooth.
I'm so glad this is working out so well.
I'm starting to get nervous. She said she would call when she was on the road. Surely she would be started out by now???
This is what I thought too. One of his sisters was not spayed yet. She had to stay there after she was adopted to be spayed. And she was the smallest of all four of them. He is neutered though. I had the vet check. She was very surprised it was all healed up so nicely too. One thing I didn't ask was what age she would have put him at. I will ask that when we go back on the 29th.
I hope all is well with this transport. I'm sure she'll call you soon. Or maybe she forgot and will just surprise you and show up.
Our traveling kittens will be home safe and sound by Sunday. Woo hoo!! :D :D
I'm way past nervous and tettering on panic! :D
Oh, by the way, the kits have picked up a bad habit I need to warn you about. Miss Carmela started it. Seems they think it's great fun to take a flying leap and latch onto my clothes. Last night I had Miss Carmela hanging from the seat of my pants and Sunny and Chuck grabbing onto my top.
Those little nails are sharp!!!
I'd get one detatched and another one would grab on!:love:
awww.. they were just giving you kitty hugs.. lol
Carman was just here and the babies are on the way!!!!
She is such a neat person!!! I have her email addy so we can keep in touch. I think she would have taken Chuck too if I'd let her. She scooped him up and kissed his tummy. She told him he was wearing his bikini because he has a white patch on his chest and in another area. :D
Oh, Pinot's package came just as we were taking the pet taxi to the car so I was able to send several of their toy mousies with them.
Happy Dance on the way here for the babies.
You did good gang!!! We couldn't have done it without you.
Oh, I didn't get pics this morning, but I did get some last night! I'll post them later.:love::love:
Happy dance here, too! :D
I'll tell Pinot the mousies are on the way to her sweetheart Roco's house with the new kitties!
I'm so glad this all worked out!! :)
Woo Hoo!! Just the beginning of the adventure! :D
Wonderful...this is just so wonderful to hear especially since I'm getting ready to leave work soon :)!!!
Prays for the babies on the big adventure!!!!
Yay! Have a safe trip babies!:love::love:
MOFF - is the other momcat and litter still hanging out on your porch? I've been internetless for several days!
One of the things that made it easier to let them go was Carmen kept telling me how excited you were to be getting them. I hope you still feel that way after you've had the sweet stinkers a while. I sent a bag of food, treats, and toys and other stuff with them.
Now how about some pics? ;)

Momma Lilac would be so proud of her babies.:) They are all safe & happy.
It's good to know the three travelers are off to Texas.:) Great pics Moff.:)
Oh, how sweet! Safe journey and safe home, little kits!
Funny, Angel is now the Mature lady looking at these little scamps!
I'm so glad to hear that Carmen finally arrived and now the 3 kittens are on their way to Helene.:)
MOFF, thanks for sharing some more pictures with us. They're all so adorable.:) I'm glad to see that Angel is already making friends with Chip. It won't be long before you'll have Angle, Chip, and Chuck racing through your home sounding more like a herd of elephants than cats.;)
Chip and Chuck now have the run of the house, except at night or when I'm gone or when I need a break. :D
Chuck is turning into a real lovebug. He's perched against my left arm and sholder watching me type this right now. They just had naps after their morning zoomies.

You make the world a better place with your kindness and love.
Connie- I haven't been posting an awful lot recently but I have been following this thread all the way through.
The kittens are gorgeous and I am so glad you and lvpets2002 and all the people doing transport were able to help.. I am sure the kittens will be forever thankful to everyone
I love them all... but those photos of Chuck... I just want to hug him :love: Please pass on hugs to all your crew from me :D
Chip and Chuck sure are cutie pies.:) I bet they love having the run of the house now. I can relate to your window blinds because my Pearly girl did a number on them. I got rid of them and now have shades instead which I'll replace again because I just don't like them as well and my cats have now torn these up. I'm thinking of getting the faux wood blinds instead or something that's more cat proof if there is such a thing.:)
I have been following this thread since the beginning but I haven't had a chance to post until now.
I'm so happy to hear that the kittens are on their way to a Pet Talk home this weekend.
You have done a wonderful job taking care of these babies and your Winnie and Angel too.:)
MOFF, after seeing the Winnie-Angel-Chip-Chuck blinds, I went looking for this LOLcat pic - couldn't resist! :)
