Great pictures, I also love the hat!! :D
I have a "job" for this Saturday, I have to be the "photographer" at my brothers wedding reception that is at our house. I asked my mom if I had to work/ help on Saturday, and she said no, but then she said I am going to be the "photographer" :p I'm really excited, but I don't want the people to stop what they are doing, and smile at the camera, I want everyone to just keep on with what they are doing, so I can capture the atmosphere. Hopefully the people will cooperate!

that's exciting!
I'll look forward to seeing the results!

my lens was steamed up! but I think they turned out ok:)
and it was hard to find blooms that didn't have a ton of Japanese beetles in them or that hadn't been ravaged by them. :(

Great pictures everyone, but Riptide, yours look truly professional!
What kind of camera do you use, a SLR (reflex cam)? And which settings did you use for those? The pictures are so clear, and the colors look so bright and natural! I especially love the picture of the seal. :)

Thanks! Yep, I use the Canon EOS Digital Rebel, which is an SLR. I believe I used the action mode for all of them because the sudder speed is faster that way ^^ Although I think I used Portrait for the profile of Pixie...can't remember for sure though.
