Saw Amytiville Horror...I'd give it 2 stars.
And I saw Finding Neverland. Good movie. I'd give it 4.25 stars (this is out of 5 stars).

I watched As Good As It Gets yesterday. Great movie. :) I love Jack
Nicholson & Helen Hunt together. :)
Liz, you could be right, maybe I wasn't in the right mood.
Anyone seen 'Big Fish'?
I thought Big Fish was a fantastic film. I cried so hard! I love Tim Burton, though...most of his movies rock. I thought Ewan Magregor did an awesome job in it! :) Did you see it, yet?Quote:

I haven't watched Boondock Saints yet either, somehow every time I plan to watch it something happens to stop me.
Well, be sure to let me know if you like them! :) I'm still watching the cancelled TV show, Firefly on dvd. It's so amazing, it sucks that it was cancelled. I've only got about three more episodes to watch. darn it. I'll probably go see Serenity for the third time in the theater here this week or weekend. :) I can't believe I've gotten so into it, I haven't gotten this involved in a show in a long time!Quote:

Monday night. The Boondock Saints. On DVD
Tuesday afternoon. The Corpse Bride. At the cinema.
Tuesday evening. Big Fish. On DVD.
Each one different and each one excellent entertainment. :D
I watched "Zero Day" a few nights back, it was interesting. The boys did a good job acting i think.

I love all three of those! What a great eclectic two days of movie watching! Awesome! I'm glad you liked the Boondock Saints. :)Quote:

Yes I have seen that movie, personally it was ok for me, but it did not rate highly in my books, but each of us are different and you may well enjoy way more than I did, it just was a movie going nowhere imo.,i had high expectations of the movie and was left feeling let down, however it is not a complete plonker and has some good parts in it..
Has anyone seen 'Bewitched" we have a can festival here this week, you take in a can of food and get a free movie ticket, all the cans go to the salvation army for charity, Melissa and her friend are hopefully going to see this movie as it is one of the selections available.
Serenity. For the third time. :) It was actually better for me this time, because between the second and third viewings of the film, I watched the television series. So, the characters were more detailed this time. What an awesome movie! I've heard tell that if either the DVD sales or the box office sales do well, that they will do two more movies. I hope so!
I finally got around to watching Crash last night. That was a really good movie. One that makes you think...

Don Cheadle is hugely intelligent, and, I am beginning to think he's one of my favorite actors. I still haven't seen Hotel Rwanda, though, and, from what I've heard, that's one of his best performances.
The Sixth Sense ;)
HAPPY Halloween! :D
I Watched The "horse Wisperer"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i Have Seen It A Couple Of Times Already, But I Still Love It!!!!!!!!!!
I love that movie! Scarlett Johannsen (I spell that name wrong and differently each time!) is awesome in it. That scene where they dance in the barn, with her husband there...that has got to be one of the sexiest scenes in a movie. Even though they're fully dressed, they're just so much passion and the way his hands move across her back! Oy. Robert Redford is a hottie.Quote:

Never heard of the first one, what's it about? I thought Frequency was pretty good, from what I remember of it.Quote:

Ah, Osmosis Jones! The one with Bill Murray? That movie is wonderful!Quote:

It's ok, I had to look up to make sure I got the name correct, I couldn't remember it! ;) Hey, I'm good at spelling, crappy at math...it's no big deal!Quote:

I watched Batman Begins the other night and it was actually better than what I thought it would be.
Saw 2. VERY, VERY good movie, or at least I thought it was. The ending was excellent, better than the first one. There was a lot of blood and gore, so if you don't like that I would suggest that you don't see it. ;) I might go see it again. hehe.

I loved the concept of the first one. But, the acting was so horribly distracting, I couldn't fully enjoy the movie. Was the acting any better in this one? I'm probably going to go see it anyway, just to see...I was so bummed about the first one, though, because the acting was just so crappy. :(Quote:

I love Meryl Streep and I think she makes any movie good. Uma Thurman was very sweet and the guy (don't know his name) was REALLY cute. ;)
I'm not much of a movie person but last night I watched The Shining. Great horror movie for this weekend! :D
Two films over the weekend.
Monster-in-Law - I was bored to tears by half-way through and didn't watch any more.
Racing Stripes - Very entertaining. :D
I watched House of Wax last night (with Paris Hilton). Other than the fact she's a bad actress, the movie was still kind of scarey. Has anybody else seen it? Did you think it was scarey?
The last movie I watched (I think) was Elizabethtown. I thought is was alright, but greatly lacking.
I really liked Serenity too. I've not seen Firefly, but my friend has told me how great of a show it is (was). It originally aired on Fox and that channel doesn't come in at my house, so we never got to see it. It now reruns on the Scifi channel, but can't see it as I don't have cable.:(Quote:

You're braver than I. I wasn't even going to attempt Monster-In-Law. Ha ha, not a fan of Lopez. Racing Stripes I'd like to see, though! Looks adorable!Quote:

Yup, I'm a dork. :) It's the first show I've ever been that impressed by!Quote:
