I've ordered 5 things so far! And I've gotten 4 of them already - the 5th I just ordered yesterday so I'm still waiting for:

The ring is awesome! The middle part rotates separately from the outer band so it's actually fun to play with and wear at the same time!

I'm not done shopping there :)

I ordered two pieces off of silverjewelryclub. One were some pendant earrings that I thought were very nice and def worth the $6 (though I don't know about $60 "retail" value). I also got a plain silver bracelet which I thought seemed a little cheap.

Don't you worry about that Val. You just concentrate on your recovery and deal with that when you feel up to it. :) Feel better first that's what is important.
