go to a site like www.photobucket.com
and make a free account. When you find the pic, save it and then go to your photobucket page. Click on the "browse" button under Add pictures. Click on your pic and then the "submit button underneath. Once the page reloads, copy the URL from underneath the pic where it says URL:
then click to post and type this

paste the URL right next to it and right after the URL type this:
[/img]

hope you canunderstand these directions! let me know;)
also when you go back to "user sp" at the top bar of this page, you can click on update and pic to have more options for color and smilies when you go to post.:)
