Ok, so maybe I am dumb... do I hod the alt key down, then press the plus sign, and the 3 at the same time? Or do I not use the plus sign? What key am I pressing when?

Yes, it does. I'm using FireFox and I can view them with no problem. Go to view>character encoding and try putting it on "western" to see if that works (that's what mine is on and allows me to see them).Quote:

If you're just seeing question marks, then your character encoding in your browser probably doesn't support these characters. Refer to my post above where I explain how to do it on Firefox, I believe hte process is similar with IE as wellQuote:
