in the last 18 months i've lost over 120# (gastric bypass). i WAS a beautiful woman at 290# and i AM a beautiful woman at 150#. it's not body form that makes you beautiful. i get to wake up every morning and know that my furries love me, my family loves me and my friends love me, and after a long hard time of learning, i love me too. i can see how differently people respond to me now and how they did 19 months ago, but i am still the same and i still am beautiful, large or small. i looked at the pictures of the PT'ers, and we're knockouts, each one of us.

You're ALL lovely, or you wouldn't be on this website. Anyone who loves animals the way you all do must be lovely. Just stay flexible enough and you can kiss your own stretch-marks, never mind anyone else doing it.

I have always had really low self-esteem. I would say that by "Hollywood" or "Media" standards, I would not consider myself beautiful, however my husband tells me several times a day I am.
I keep the picture of his former actress girlfriend in the kitchen to remind me, He Chose ME. :D But, if we are defining beautiful as something other that looks, then yes I would have to say I am.

Everyone has SOMETHING beautiful about them. Even if you don't see it, we do.

Beauty is not skin deep...it goes much further than that.

One can be beautiful on the outside, yet ugly on the inside.

I sadly have a very low self-esteem, and I think that I'm the most hideous person in the world, mental and physical!:(

jesse that makes me incredibly sad to hear you think so little of yourself, I am not one with a great high self esteem either, but I try to look at my good points, from time to time instead of focusing on my bad and that helps me some.

Sweetie please feel better about yourself, everyone is a worthwhile person in their own right, I just have to wonder what has happened in your life to make you feel so Bad about yourself.

Hugs and look in the mirror once in a while and smile and say I am a good person and I love myself today and everyday.:)
