I read this at work today, but thiis is my first chance to post. I want to donate some money. I think I read that personal checks were alright.

Aspen & Misty, I just wanted to say how touched I was by you willing to donate your hard earned money of mowing lawns to help dear Bassett.

I love Naomi and Basset (and Tilly and Nutmeg) to death and have been figuring how I could come up with some money. I just don't make enough money to cover my expenses and fosters, especially Peka who needs daily medication and monthly vet visits and tests galore.... BUT my dad said I could put a donation for Bassett on his credit card and pay him back later when I can. THANKS DAD!

Wow.. again, I am all misty eyed :) This is so amazing and overwhelming. My entire family is in awe of this community and the wonderful people here.

I must admit to being another one who is wondering about the total (Is that petty?) :o But even when I even watch a telethon for fund raising, my favorite part is to know if we are reaching the goal.

I agree! I thought people would think that it was petty, but I think that knowing how far we've come will give people hope! Especially Naomi when she realises just how generous PTers are!
