Now Gabe is sick! Much worse than Graemer!

I'm so sorry. What a dreadful time for you. I've always adored Gabe and watched him grow up on this forum and it's breaking my heart.

Oh my god, this is so devastating. I am completely heartbroken over this. My deepest condolences go out to you. He is pain free now and can breathe easily with all the other rb animals. Again, I am so sorry:(

I am so sad for your loss. Gabe was a gorgeous kitty, and I can tell he was well loved. You have done a wonderful thing in letting him go to the bridge where there is no suffering or sadness...only butterflies to chase, and sweet things to entertain him.

I just barely found out about this...I am so sorry...Gabe was a very handsome cat, and I loved hearing about his adventures. He will truely be missed at Pet Talk. :( :(

I too, am so upset about Gabe. it is a very sad thing thing,
I was away from my cats for a couple hours, going to play with them now. who said hug your cats, ? you are right they can be taken too fast, as we have seen too much of on here lately.

I am so sorry. I didn't check this thread earlier, and I feel horrible. It sounds like Gabe had what the vet THOUGHT Bassett had..

I am so sorry for your loss! Gabe was such a great cat with Miley and Graemer and Sallyanne. I'm glad he was able to have the most loving purrents possible.

I just wanted to let you know that I understand how you feel about having Gabe home now, waiting for the thaw. When Casey went to the RB, I couldn't wait to have his cremains home where he belonged. He's now home in a beautiful satin lined box with a milk jug ring in it (his favorite toy) and my grandmother's Italian Crystal rosary beads. I light a candle in his honor every single day to let him know how special he was to me. It gives me peace.
