No pics today. We had a slight set back. She was fine at supper but when she ate some dry food before bedtime, it came back up.
That happened a couple of times. It did dawn on me she could keep water down with no problem so I figured her tummy just wasn't ready for much food yet. I gave her a spoonful of juice from a can of people tuna. She kept it down fine. Later I gave her another spoonful with a bit of tuna in it this time. All was fine. Then a gave her a tiny bit of kitten kibble that was left over from before she became a "big" girl. That stayed too.
She ate a small bit of wet cat food for breakfast and it's stayed down.
I did call the vet, just in case. She said just keep giving her small snacks. Her little tummy was so empty, it's just trying to adjust to food again.
So, we are heading in the right direction. I just wish I could get more of her med down her. She fights like a tiny tiger. sheesh :love:

I don't know if you have access to any or to get to the store, but when one of mine was sick in their tummy I gave her chicken and turkey baby food for a few days to let her adjust to food again. It worked great because it was bland, too. I'm so glad she is feeling better and is back home w/ you guys....

Awww, Angel ... you listen to your big brother Chester, he's just trying to look out for you!! Try and feel better, sweetie, I think Mom's going to have a treat for you (baby food for sick kitties is a really good idea) later. Oh MOFF, this truly is my heart's delight. I'm so glad that she is almost back to her normal self. Please plant a kissie on that sweet forehead for me.
PS: Sorry I didn't have a chance to see my Wed pic until I got home last night, than I had a workout, came upstairs and promptly fell asleep. :o
