http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../sleepin14.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...nosepokey1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../sleepin15.jpgFritz this morning sleeping in a corner of the kitchen,last night his nose poking out from the little couch and this afternoon sleeping between the stove and the kitchen table.Fritz was stubborn ,last he had been good most of the night while Mom went to the music concert,gone to another one tonight.So,when it was time for bed,I got a piece of Bologna ot get him out,he didn't want to come out,so told Mom he was being stubborn,she came down,wouldn't come out for her,she wanted to leave him there,but I said go and ring the door bell,so she did that and he came out.When it came time to put him in the e,he didn't want to go in and he tried running didn't get far,Mom got and we put him in,he barked and whine a little bit then settled down.We thought that was it until at quarter to 1 this morning,I heard his collar shake,he was on my comforter on the floor,Mom didn't latch the gate right on his cage.She wanted him to stay there,but i was afraid he might hear something and bark or go out to the living room and do something bad,so took him down to his bed,then he whined and barked again.This morning,found he had peed right next to my chair wasn't happy with him.he had cereal and toast from us,then snoozed out in the kitchen.Today,I was busy,I cleaned out all the flower beds and weeds from where I am trying to grow grass,put more grass seed down then had a Egg Sandwich for lunch,Fritz had some then went back out and cut and trimmed the grass.Supper was Taco Pie,Fritz had some from me and in his food,Had a run with monkey down here.Mom went to a music show tonight,.After Mom left,I did the vacuuming up and down,so it was a busy day for me.Right now,Fritz is being quiet,is now outside,found he has finished his supper.

Bologna--YUMMY!!! We will do anything for bologna won't we, Fritzie? Looks like you're getting plenty of snoozes in and up to some other antics too. Be a good boy and go outside to wee wee. Ok, buddy? :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...nosepokey2.jpgFritz poking his nose out last night.Fritz behaved last night while Mom was the music concert,he was upstairs barking the odd time then came down,he did go out once and back in.He heard Mom come in last night and he barked.He ended up under the couch again.he wouldn't com out again,so used the doorbell to get him out,he might get wise to that and not come out sometime.When I took him up,let him outside then he went to my room then under the covers next to Mom.He had toast and cereal,snoozed behind the couch then in the kitchen where he was when I got back from cutting a lawn,Mom was out grocery shopping.I had a Egg Sandwich for lunch,he did too,then outside.Mom had the flyswatter out not long ago,a Bee got in,he doesn't like us with the flyswatter,barks like crazy until we put it down,now he seems to be quiet.Supper tonight is Taco Pie and Broccoli Salad.

I see you, Fritzie!! Hi Buddy! Are you trying to hide? I don't like the flyswatter either for some reason. Be a good boy and sleep good!! :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/playsit1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...eatintime1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz1.jpgFritz Thursday afternoon begging,maybe wanting Mom to throw his monkey so he could fetch,he had playing with me,this morning eating cereal,been behind the couch,came out,tail started going so slid it over and when I got him up,in his cage snoozing.Had no trouble last night,he wasn't under the couch ,was on the coffee table,took him out then carried him down to his bed,didn't want to go in,he whined ad barked some after.We had a thunderstorm go through about 10 to 2 in the afternoon ,Fritz did not like so in his cage he went for a few minutes until the storm passed then let him out,there may have been a tornado in Roseneath,Ontario near where Dad grew up,not sure how bad it was .Fritz has been into the scratching and biting,may be allergies again may have to get pills from the vets again.Had toast and cereal from us,he went to mom's room after being out.he has barked at kids and other noise,just can't stay quiet,it would be different,if people were right here and not outside the house.Today has been 6 years since I joined Pet Talk,great people here,hope it will last a while.That day it was a Bichon named Harry that was Dog of the Day,I had to register here to say something,then in November started posting pictures regularly of Fritz,haven't quit since.

Hi, Fritz! Happy Friday! I'm sorry you had trouble with a storm last night. Sometimes they're very noisy when they move through. I'm glad you're having a better day today, though. (((HUGS)))

CONGRATULATIONS BARRY!!! We can't wait to see more of Fritzie!! You're looking adorable sweetheart!! Be a good boy. I hope that itching stops. With the heat we've all had, who isn't having skin problems?

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz3.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz4.JPGFritz behind the couch last night snoozing,this morning on the couch doping the same thing and after supper yesterday snoozing near the doorway of the kitchen.Supper for me last night was Sweet and Sour Chicken,Mom went to a memorial service for 2 former neighbors who passed away recently,she had a Grilled Cheese Sandwich when she got home.Fritz got into an awful bout and scratching and biting,may need pills from the vet,gave him Benadryl last night and this morning,still was scratching after he was given it today.We had Eggs Sunny side up,Bacon and Toast for breakfast,Fritz thought that was great,had Bacon and some Eggs.We just been to Walmart for Pepsi before that a Farmers Market to get Tomatoes and Potatoes,had Toasted Tomato Sandwiches for lunch,Fritz had some also.Supper today is McDonald's for Big Macs and Fries,will bring home some Big Mac for Fritz with his supper.Getting rain later on tonight into tomorrow,am inch to a inch and a half,west of Toronto up to 2 inches,we really need rain,kind of dry.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hidintime2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...sittinboy2.jpgFritz hiding under the coffee table last night,there were no storms at the time,had been on top and up with mom in her chair getting a brushing,he doesn't like it,think it helps to stop the itching..Fritz didn't didn't want to go into the cage last night,after we got him in there,he whined and barked a bit before settling down.We are giving him Benadryl for the scratching and itching ,not sure if it is helping,still doing it today,I got mad at him for doing this morning and he went right to my chair and peed,not much,he had just been out after I got him out of bed,he sometimes,leaves a trail of it after going,hope it isn't a problem.Had rain all night,still overcast now,maybe showers today,nothing else.

I'm so sorry you're itching, buddy. It's so annoying isn't it? I will pray for it to go away. Still having those accidents huh? Might be a bit of a bladder problem? Sounds a little suspicious. You still look as adorable as ever, sweetheart. Be a good boy and no itching!!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/restin10.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime1.jpgFritz after supper Sunday next to the stereo resting,supper,was Ham Steak,Coleslaw,Carrots and Fried potatoes,,Fritz had some Ham and Carrots,he likes vegetables,will eat them raw, but doesn't like Onions.Fritz up on some blankets on the couch last night,Mom got a kick out of him doing that.Fritz had another little accident,he had been scratching,I try not to get mad at him,but after a rest by the stereo,he went towards the little couch and peed a little before going under,today,has gone out twice ,no accidents.He didn't like being put in his bed last night,first had to ring the door bell to get him out and outside,he whined and barked once in the cage ,soon quieted down.Had cereal and toast this morning,he is now in the kitchen snoozing,Mom put some Tabasco Sauce to try and stop him from biting his paws.Going to have lunch now,he will to and will go and do the 2 lawns I do,it rained a bit earlier,now it sunny and somewhat breezy.

One of my son's Aussies chews his paws all the time. Been doing it for years. Nothing stops it. Could be an allergy to the grass.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime3.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime4.jpgFritz late yesterday afternoon,first on the couch then the coffee table and at night back on the couch.Fritz di have an accident last night,it was more my fault,he followed me to the top of the stairs and stayed there,didn't know he needed out,later went up and found he peed at the back door,today has been no problems,but has been biting a times, don't know if the Tabasco sauce is helping.Last night,he came out from the couch fine,but going to bed,he messed the bed up and was whining again.didn't have breakfast this morning,I went and did Marlene's lawn and flowerbeds,Mom washed the kitchen floor,Fritz wanted to stay in the corner and sleep.I cut ours when I got back,then had a Bologna sandwich for lunch,Fritz did too,had Kraft Dinner and Chicken Pieces for supper,also did Fritz,then he had some of his and some dessert also.Mom gone to a music concert,I washed my car and vacuumed it,watered the plants ,all the time Fritz was under the coffee table snoozing is still there,licking his paws.

Maybe some allergies going on Fritzie?? I hope you get better soon. This biting hasn't made you any less handsome. You look great!!:)

I hope those pills make you feel better, buddy. Probably make you sleep more for awhile. Be a good boy and stay adorable!! Love your pics!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...42/waitin1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../fritzmum2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/restin11.jpgFritz last night waiting by the snow man for Mom to come down,she had cake which he had some,this morning up with her on the couch as she the paper and in the kitchen by the chair snoozing.Yesterday,we had Pancakes for supper which came back to haunt us this morning,Fritz was up in Mom's lap and brought up on the carpet,everything he ate the previous night,he eats food and doesn't chew it.He is getting pills for his scratching,may take 2 or 3 days to go through his system.I had a Pancake this morning,he didn't get any.Fritz had a sit down out on the patio in the shade,I did one lawn done for the week.He had a Bologna and Cheese Sandwich with me for lunch,supper is Peameal Bacon.Our water is being shut off from 9 tomorrow morning to about 7 at night,,there is a road reconstruction going on Jane Street which is at the top end of our street ,we are at the bottom end,so will have to make do I guess.Things went well with Samantha's MRI,only trouble was putting a gown on her and when they were done,she was calling for Shannon.The results come back on September 15th,the shunt has shifted a few times because of calcium buildup,may have to replace it.Brian is pretty good,still can't work due to complications due to his Diabetes.

Awww, Fritz! I like the very last picture best, where you and mom are on the sofa and she's reading the newspaper. I am so glad it's not scorching hot and humid in Chicago, and I hope that's true of Ontario also. Is it cool on the patio blocks outside? And I'll bet the blue throw smelled good - like outdoors - when it was brought back inside. I hope the medication is working and you're less itchy. Happy Friday, cutie!

Great pictures, buddy!! You and Mom look fabulous!! I'm glad it's cooler. It is here too. Only in the 80's today. It was very pleasant. What did the duck have to say? Did you discuss the weather with him?

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime7.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime8.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...42/waitin4.jpgFritz chillin by the stereo last night and and on the coffee table then waiting by the snowman for Mom to come down with cookies,he usually gets on the coffee table and looks at here ,usually around 7,he know she gets a snack at that time every night.Fritz had 2 lots of water,the pills are making him thirsty,not scratching as much,pills are helping.This morning,went to Mom and got on the bed,then he went to the kitchen sand snoozed,no breakfast,now is barking at something.Mom going after church to visit a Cousin who recently turned 90.Today to be 86 feeling like 95 .then 90 tomorrow and Tuesday feeling like 99.Marleen is getting a procedure,apparently,tubes were taken out wrong after she was in the hospital in April the nurse who came to the house took them out wrong,hope it is just an in and out thing and doesn't have to stay here long.The last picture kind of grainy,turned the flash off by mistake.

Such a good boy waiting for cookies. You know the routine don't you, buddy? You are so cute.
Stay cool today. It's rained here this morning so it's pleasant so far. I hope it lasts.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...chilltime9.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hilltime10.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz5.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...epinfritz6.jpgFritz on Sunday out by the gazebo chillin in the shade,not sure if he talked to the ducks and in here snoozing in the kitchen and as you come into the kitchen from the back door.Supper yesterday was Lasagna,Potato Salad and Coleslaw,Fritz had a little and a dessert that had Peaches in Whipped Cream with a Graham Crumb Crust,he had some of that too.Later on down here,he was having a snooze by the stereo,went to Mom and looked at her,Mom was snoozing,so told her he was there,I thought he wanted up,Mom told him to get up,that is not what he wanted ,he turned around and peed a little bit on the bottom of the coffee table.I took him after that,wasn't happy with him.The pills seem to be help,not really scratching,he drinks a lot because of the pills and is sleeping a lot.This morning,after being out and having a drink,he went to the corner in the kitchen and snoozed.I did 2 lawns today,it was warm,humidity made it feel like 104.will be like this until Wednesday.Where I do the first lawn,they are reconstructing the road,making it wider ,eliminating a sidewalk on one side,repairing another one and putting in new water pipes,road is a mess,kind of hard pushing a lawn mower where there is no road and just dirt.It will be like this until the end of October,started a week late on July 26th.Fritz had lunch with me,a Bologna and Cheese sandwich,now is snoozing in the kitchen,about all he does when he no eating or outside.

Awww, Fritz! Taking a nap is a good idea when it's hot outside. Maybe it feels cooler on the tile than on the carpet.

And Barry, I hope the test goes well for Marlene. :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hidintime6.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hidintime7.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hilltime11.jpgFritz under the coffee table last night and chilling by the snowman.Fritz kept moving from place to place,from the snowman to the coffee table to behind the couch then under the couch,Mom came down and rattled his pill container,it got him out.He had 2 pills this morning,he looks forward to it,had cereal and toast,had to have the cereal bowl on a tray slid to him next to the couch,tail was going.He has had a snooze in the kitchen where he is now,mom going to a music show again,it is outside and it is a hot one again,around 90,humidity making it fell closer to 104.I was out cutting grass at 9 this morning and it was real muggy then,had a little fog before that.Fritz had lunch with me,Bologna and Cheese,barked and whined fo it down here,nothing wrong with his eating,is sleeping a lot due to the pills,hasn't played with his Monkey for a week or so.my supper today is Sweet and Sour Chicken,Fritz will like that.

Hi, Fritz, cutie! Sounds like you had a good day! I'm glad cooler weather is forecast for you. It's supposed to be cooler here over the weekend. Not sure yet if we'll get rain from the hurricane but we could use it.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...hilltime13.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../fritzmum6.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../fritzmum7.jpgFritz last night cooling off by the stereo and later with Mom in her chair,in the second of these ,he getting some Chips from Mom.Supper yesterday was Meat pies and Pasta Salad,Fritz liked that,had Maple Walnut Ice Cream for dessert,Fritz had a dish too and then cleaned ours out.He had to go out after eating all that and having his food,,he couldn't quite wait and peed at the back door, he is drinking a bit more as the pills makes him thirsty.He came down her after supper,snuck down here,I was on the computer and didn't hear him..He was snoozing under the coffee table and was asking for water,had that ,had chips from Mom then went back and from the the beside the stereo to the back of the couch,ended up beside the stereo.When I picked up for bed,found he peed on the carpet.We were not happy with him and he wasn't happy when he was put in the cage,whining sand barking,this morning,went to the corner of the kitchen and snoozed,Mom figured he was sulking.he had his pills this morning,he hears Mom get the pill bottle and he come out,he gets a bit of cheese slice with the pills.Maybe thunderstorms later this afternoon,had a little rain last night,cooling down tonight,can shut off the air conditioning,high of 63 tomorrow and 66 Sunday.

We had a thunderstorm move through last night - a good soaking rain, lasted about 90 minutes, and today it's much cooler outside, sunny and clear. Barry, I don't wish you the rain, but I hope you get the cool and sunny weather!

WOW!! I've missed alot of great pictures and stories. You look great, Fritzie!! So does Mom!! Delilah also loves her pills cause she gets cheese too. It's the best part of her day.;) I'm glad you're both taking your pills so good.
Thank goodness for the cool down!! YAY!! My daughter in NC says it's cooler there this weekend. Still in the mid 90's here.

Barry, the big 5-0 coming up. I didn't feel any different on that birthday at all. I know you will enjoy it. Glad to hear Fritz is getting dolled up for the big day!:D Be a good boy, Fritzie and no more nipping. OK?
