I had been noticing that prices were going down around here. I think the lowest is still 2.99 for regular unleaded though.

The closest filling station to me just raised their price to $3.94. I hope it'll come down soon.
It is $3.49 here.
I paid $3.37 yesterday. I have been letting my tank getting to nearly E lately because I'm so p/o'ed at these gas prices and I just wind up paying more to fill it up anyway. My car takes about 13 gallons and costs me over $30 to fill it up. I'm just glad that it has wonderful gas mileage!
Yesterday it was the equivalent of 4.64 a gallon in my part of Ontario!
Most stations right in this area are running between $3.50 and $3.56 from what I saw when I was out today. Thank goodness I drive a small car that's good on gas, and don't do much driving anyway. That's one of the perks of retirement! :p Sometimes a tank of gas can last me for 3 weeks or longer, depending on how much running I do, or don't do. :D
$3.65 here, today. That's SE Michigan.
Another retiree here who doesn't do a lot of driving, and gets good mileage.
The cheapest place right now for regular is $4.01 but it may have gone up yet again.:( Luckily I live close to work and I don't drive too much. I usually fill up when my tank it's still half full and this is usually every 2 weeks or so.
I'm gave up my car to live here at Concordia, so I don't buy gas anymore. However up here in western Pennsylvania, (in Butler), gas prices are hovering between $3.60 & $3.65 a gallon.
What are you whining about! ;) Look at the gasoline prices in Europe! These are pr. liter.

According to this link above, a gallon would cost just over $9 in Denmark.
I paid $4.11/gallon yesterday. It took $50 to fill up my little VW Jetta!! Most pumps turn off at a max limit and Bruce filled up his Yukon yesterday and it stopped at $75. His tank was almost full with the $75.
I commute to work, so this is going to hurt my checkbook, that's for sure!! :( I fill up once a week and again on the weekend if I go somewhere.
I guess I live in a good area, it's always cheaper here than the national average. It was 3.47/gal for regular today. I love that my car gets around 32-34mpg, but I still have to fill it up every week, 'cuz the tank only holds 13 gal.
It is $3.49 a gallon here. When will it reach $5 a gallon? lol
Paid $3.56 on Saturday in the Dallas area....
The price went up 20¢/gallon - OVERNIGHT!!
$3.65 yesterday - $3.85 this morning. Something tells me we are getting screwed
Gas prices in my area.... are absolutely absurd! They are the same as Cindy's, we live in the same area. It's ridiculous and I can't wait for them to go down!!
$3. 49 in the upstate but I paid $3.46 with my gift card. The prices are lower towards the midlands. Upstate South Carolina is very expensive.
It's up to $4.15 around here today. Every day it seems to go up 6 or 8 cents.
Most were around $3.65 when I was out last Thursday, so they've had another 4 days to jack it up some more! I'll find out later this week when I go out.
$3.56 yesterday! And at the same place.
Up again here - $3.99 - just 1/10 of a cent under $4.
Anyone know what I can buy for 1/10 of a cent?
It is $3.69 a gallon here at the good stations, but I was able to get a tank for $3.49 a gallon with the Stop & Shop gas points deal, so that was good. Still cost me $37 to fill the tank, but that was more than 10 1/5 gallons worth, so will last me a while.
$3.69 today & didn't fill the tank all the way up.
$3.85 here in Ohio. Ugh.
5.50 a gallon here; just under a 1.40 a litre. Went up 6 cents a litre overnight.
Pushing 7 bucks a gallon where my hubby is working up the Alaska Highway!
:) Yup here where I am at in Texas we are at $3.75 gallon.. Gosh $7.00 gallon Holly Cow..
I just paid $4.25/gallon this morning. Over $50 to fill my car. :( I really wish I could find a good job closer to home. But I love my job and jobs are hard to find right now so I'll just keep mine, thanks.
The cheapest I've seen is now $4.13/gallon but I'm sure it won't stay at this price for very long. Luckily I never let my tank get lower than half full before I fill it up again.
It spiked to about $3.99 here in mid Michigan yesterday. I filled up the day before at $3.89. Today I saw a few stations at $3.88. Hopefully it'll go down some more, but those rumors of it hitting $5 a gallon this summer don't seem much like rumors anymore. :(
You know... I went back to the beginning of this thread which began in 2008. Seems like there is an obvious pattern.
Gas was hovering at $4 a gallon in the US in the Spring/Summer months. Dropped down to $3.50ish during the fall/winter.... Spring/Summer of '09, thread was bumped because prices were heading toward $4 again. Repeat in '10 and now '11.
Saw 3.75 and 3.79 here in allentown/bethlehem. Not encouraged by the rate of the increase.
We're paying $1.37/litre in Vancouver, which is equivalent to $5.29USD/Gallon.. ugh.
As of tonight at 5:00 p.m. we are paying $ 1.40/ litre. It's supposed to go up more for the Easter weekend, hope not .
Gas is $3.79 here in Dover FL. This is getting rediculous.
$3.69 here. I guess that's still considered cheap.
S.E. Michigan -
Yesterday it was $3.99 - today it's $4.17.
So explain to me how it can go up 20¢ overnight, but once it begins to drop it will take 3 weeks to drop that much
