Have a theory - what if they are only saying you can vote once every 24 hours in the hope that we obey? Have just tried voting half a dozen times......maybe that's what "the other cat" is doing? ;)

That's fine if you are on dial-up and your ip changes each time you connect to the interent. I am on dsl and my ip is always the same. I tried the multiply voting and it doesn't work for me. I do however vote from home and work everyday.
