How about some porridge? Yes, I know some people hate it, but you can actually make it taste quite nice. :)
1 cup of fine grated oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 cup of water
a tsp of salt
When it's cooked, put a spoonful of butter in the middle and sprinkle with sugar (don't overdo it! :D ) Some also like to pour milk on.
A cup of (camomille) tea goes well with it.
