http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin19.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll88.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll89.jpgHeidi waiting to get out of bed this morning,had her bed crooked,probably heard me and was pawing at the door to get out and this afternoon on a stroll,didn't meet any dogs,stopped to sniff grass and smell where other dogs have been.She went and woke Mom ,from one side of the bed to the other,got up in my chair and looked outside ,had a play of fetch with her,was up in mom's chair then down here with me ,played a bit,then got ready for church.After church,one of our church members did a presentation on a hike he made with a group to the base camp of Mount Everest in October of last year to raise awareness and raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis,his wife has it..They hiked across suspension bridges,steep steps and paths that had drops of 200 feet or more,everything was carried in on Yaks and by Sherpa Porters.The air is thin up above sea level,they go so far and rest to catch their breath and go on.Next year,he is going to hike up Mount Kiliminjaro in Africa.This afternoon,Heidi has played and napped,she wanted out ot see ,I was out cutting the lawn,hadn't been done in almost a week,she had lunch and supper,wee had ours,tonight ,has played fetch,had Milk bones and water,now sitting behind me.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin21.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll95.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll96.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll97.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...distroll98.jpgHeidi waiting to get out of her cage this morning and on her morning walk today.After eating and going out,Heidi went to Mom first and greeted her,she is a little rambunctious in the morning,she then had a rolly polly on the carpet then was with me in the chair looking out,she saw a man walking up the street and her tail started going also,did that for a lady going up past our house going east.After this ,we played fetch with the soccer ball,the rubber bone and the monkey then she sat and looked at me ,wanted a walk so had that,didn't meet any dogs again,stopped to check out the lawns and the trees where other dogs have passed along the way,had a thunder and lightning storm last night,that's why it is wet on the roads.After getting home,I got ready to go to Marlene's to do her lawn,Heidi was down here under the stereo snoozing,where it is cooler,is where she is now,has been snoring after a play of fetch with the monkey.She had her lunch and supper,has been outside sitting on the back step.She is now snoring again,mom has gone to a fashion show,tomorrow it is to be 88 feeling like 104,might have one lawn to do,normally do it on Thursday,may be some rain coming then.Shannon's truck was found at midnight in Brantford Ontario about 100 miles West of where she works in Oshawa.The tires and rims were gone,damage to the passenger door where they got in,it was running when they found,it was hot wired,Police haven't released it yer,there was another one in the same area,by the same ones.A few months ago,Shannon had tires and rims stolen form Larry's shop so could be the same people responsible.

Mom went to a Ecumenical service at Rotary here people of all churches get together,I stayed home this year,looked after Heidi, Reverend LaFave sang with a choir of Ministers,did really good according to Mom,at our church,he puts on that he can't sing.Later on we are going out to supper with Larry and Marlene plus Shannon,Samantha and Brandyn,it was his 10th birthday yesterday, Brandyn and Samantha were with their Dad,he is to have them back by 3:30 today as supper is for 5,also celebrating Mom's which was June 3rd and Larry's which was May 31st.
The picture of her on the stairs is too cute :love: reminds me of Kirby when he beats it up the stairs before me an than turns around an waits for me :D
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin29.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin11.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin12.jpgHeidi waiting to get out of bed this morning,looks like she has a smile on her face and on her walk after 8 this morning.After eating and being out goes and greets Mom,is full of energy,she then has a roll on the carpet then back to mom,after I finish breakfast,she follows me to the kitchen then back and sits in the chair,gives me kisses then gets down and plays fetch.She went downstairs a few times,was chewing on a paper towel,that had fallen out,done that twice.We had our walk, stopped every few feet to sniff at trees and hydro poles.After getting back,she stayed with Mom as I went to cut two lawns,was out to greet me when I got back,came down after I got lunch,she played and napped,had lunch.I had my supper,she stayed down here.She as had treats ,her Milk bones and water,has played fetch been out,has been with Mom,has licked her clothes and bit at her slippers.She has peed on the carpet in the gazebo twice,not happy with her,she now is snoozing behind me.

Marlene over at Shannon's,Brandyn was sick at school,Larry had him at the shop,Marlene now watching him at home.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin33.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin18.jpgHeidi waiting to get out of bed today and on her walk this morning.She went and got Mom up, sit with her first then gets down and rolls around the carpet and barking.I have my cereal then she follows me ot the kitchen and comes back and sits in my chair,she looks out the window and she saw kids go by ad her tail starts going,she does this with everyone she sees.After making my bed, took her on a walk,she followed me to the bedroom and then to the back door.She had a good walk,we ,e the 93 year old lady I do grass on Mondays for,Heidi greeted her with jumping up and tail wagging,took her home and then went and did her Cousin's lawn by the Catholic church.mom took Heidi otr the groomers while I was doing the grass,got that done and was doing ours,was having a breaks when mom came back,she was telling she didn't know I had gone,I had told her,apparently she got upset and was crying,Heidi wondered what was going on.She was good at the groomers,she lays down while being groomed,with me she stands up always,I do her almost every day,is at the groomers every 5 weeks,not sure if she played with the 3 cats there.She got cut fairly short,not bad.The groomer Michelle noticed Heidi was a little heavy,will cut her down to 2 meals a day instead of three.Since being home,has had her lunch and supper,Marlene came by,was taking Mom to the cemetery to put a flower arrangement she did on Dad's headstone for Father's Day on Sunday,was made up mostly of Yellow flowers Dad's favorite color of flower.Heidi had been snoozing under my chair here,is now on the floor snoozing in front of Mom's chair.
Was it time for the groomer's again already, Heidi? I could have sworn you just went. But maybe not. You look very nice! You are so fluffy and cute! :-)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin40.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin41.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin30.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin31.jpgHeidi waiting to get up this morning and on her walk.Heidi greeted Mom after going out then had a roll on the carpet.She then waited for me to have cereal,got up with me and looked outside,saw a dog go by,tail went,she then had a play of fetch with the rubber bone.Heidi was up and down out of the chair,was getting restless,she wanted to go for her walk so we did,we saw a lady with Shih Tzu come out of a house on the other side of a street,they saw each other and jumped and strained on their leashes.Heidi had a drink after getting ho,me,stayed wit ,mom as I went to do a lawn,mom put here down here when she went to the grocery store.After getting home,I gave her some Milk bones for a snack,Mom went with Marlene to Samantha's Kindergarten graduation at school.Heidi alternated between playing fetch and snoozing then was out sitting on the back step for about 45 minutes.She had her supper after I had mine which was Spaghetti.Heidi the had more plays of fetch with her toys,was out on the step again,had some more milk bones and water,she barked for the dish to be filled.After this,had a blitz around the rec room,growling as she went,she then flopped behind me and is currently snoozing.had a couple of showers of rain during the day,overnight,had thunder and lightning,mom didn't hear a thing,her ears plug up.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin42.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin43.jpgHeidi on her walk Friday morning.After going out this morning,she went to Mom's bedroom and got her up.Heidi then waited for me to eat cereal then got up in the chair to look outside,didn't see anything,she got down and we played fetch with the soccer ball and the rubber bone.Heidi then wanted to go on her walk,so did that,we met the same two dogs at different points in the walk,a Shih Tzu and a Black lab that reminded me of Buster.She had a drink after getting back then we were down here,she was napping,the she brought up her breakfast ,had been outside eating weeds,I put her outside then she did it again,didn't give her any more food until her supper this afternoon.This afternoon,she has played with a bone that has two soccer balls on the ends ,looks big in her mouth,is now chewing on the rubber bone.I cleaned out all the fl0wer beds of weeds,look much better,Heidi was out with em on the patio to start then brought her down here,she stays down here quietly,no sound at all.My Aunt Wilhemenia's birthday today,she is 79,Mom took her over a card,Mom going with ladies tomorrow for a Strawberry Social,this lady goes to our church and she is 86,her name is Madlyn Wilcox,she worked at General Motors in Oshawa as a secretary, the same company dad worked for 36 years.
Oh, Heidi! I'm sorry the "greens" gave you an upset stomach. I hope you feel better!
A strawberry social sounds like a very nice way to spend a Saturday in June!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin43.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin32.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin33.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../heidilab1.jpgHeidi waiting to get up this morning,on her walk after church and near the end of it kissing a neighbor's Chocolate Lab.Heidi greeted Mom in the living room by jumping in her chair then got down and rolled around the carpet ,growling.She got up in the chair with me and sat beside me,after a few minutes had a play of fetch then took her downstairs ,Mom and I were changing bedsheets.Once down here,she sat and played with toys then snoozed.I put her outside ,was getting ready for church,we had a ceremony for our church secretary Betty Ball who is retiring after 41 years so we need a new secretary or Office Administrator.After getting home,took Heidi for her walk, we got near where Buddy,the German Shepherd lives and he started barking,hadn't seen Heidi.We were almost home where we met the Chocolate Lab,it was on a leash it came near the road and Heidi went to the dog and stood up and kissed the dog's face,the Lab didn't seem to mind.Heidi had her supper before ours,we had Hamburgers.She had a play of fetch down here after.We had an other play not long ago,she had been outside,Mom went up for a visit at Larry and Marlene's,not a good weekend at the cottage,it rained one day and their Satellite dish wasn't working so no TV.Heidi now having a rest behind me,played out for now.
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwaitin44.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin34.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diwalkin35.jpgHeidi waiting to get out of bed this morning and on her walk.After coming in,she went to both sides of Mom's bed and got her up.After this,she had a roll around the carpet ,growling,then got up with me and then looked to see if anyone was walking by.She had a bit of the play,she really wanted to go on a walk,so I asked her and we went.She saw a Labradoodle being walked on the other side of the street,the gentleman said Hi.Heidi stops and sniffs at almost every tree or pole,wanted to meet a girl who was going to school,moved out of the way,kids don't have time to greet little dogs.Heidi had a drink when we got back,I went and did 1 lawn,came back and had a bit of a rest,I looked in the front door,Heidi was with Mom and she saw me and came to the door,tail was going,she misses when I am out.I ended up doing another lawn,the neighbor across the street wanted his done so did that.Heidi was happy,when I was finished,she came down here with me,had a snooze,I gave her a couple of Iams bones,she had her supper before me.After supper,had plays of fetch,not long ago,had more plays of fetch,had her water and bones,barks for me to fill the dish,did that twice,has been with Mom,has bit her slippers,is now snoozing behind the chair.
