She was up at 10 after 6,out then in for breakfast and out again,she went down the hall 2 or three times,once went to the side of the bed Mom was at,Mom was just about to get up,she stayed with her while i had cereal,she had a play with some toys,had some drinks,is down here with em right now,will soon be getting ready to go to church.

Heidi is definitely getting bigger. She is gonna be as cute as a grownup as she is a puppy. So ADORABLE!!!!!

My goodness. shes grown quite a bit since i last peeked in here. shes uber cute. especially in the last picture :love:

Heidi, sweets... it's not such a good idea to bite the carpet. What's that about? I'm glad Barry is keeping a close eye on you with it!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidilazy1.jpgHeidi last night having a snooze by Mom's chair.She had another blitz around the rec room last night,had some food and water then had a snooze,gets yup when we are ready to go up,take out then to bed.This morning,had to our garbage and blue boxes out first then put Heidi out then in for breakfast and out again,she found her way to mom's bedroom a couple of times.Mom then got up,she greeted Mom,sat with mom as I ate cereal,then to me after a play with toys,looks out the window from the chair then kisses me.I brought her down here for a few minutes then we went and took cards for Jason's two kids to his business.She is down here right now snoozing after a play,been biting carpet again,will really have to watch her,I get it from her before she swallows it,don't want that.She was biting at Mom last night,tried to distract her with toys ,didn't work,eventually stopped.

Heidi, love... what's with the biting? Please don't do that! :eek:

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...42/buster1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/kids1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/kids2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...idisweety2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidikiss1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidikiss2.jpghttp://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidigift1.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidigift2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidigift3.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidigift4.jpgFirst set of Holiday pictures form Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.First three pictures is Shannon's dog Buster,Shannon,Samantha and Brandyn,Heidi Christmas morning on the arm of the chair being a little sweetie,Heidi kissing me and Heidi playing a new Bone squeaky Mom got for her.Christmas Eve started with Mom going to the Christmas Pageant at church,it was packed the baby playing the baby Jesus cried the whole time while being held by the lady playing Mary,was quiet with Mom though .I stayed with Heidi until Mom came and got me and we went up to Larry and Marlene's for awhile before she went to the candlelight service.Shannon was there with the kids,Brandyn was downstairs playing a gift Marlene and Larry got him the X Box 360,was dancing to songs on it,video of them shows up at the end,they follow the routine on the screen,thee is easy dances and hard ones,Samantha did it too,Shannon and the friend of Larry's dad.Shannon's dog is something else,he is a year old,a Black Lab and and is a little hyper,Taffy didn't think too much of him Buster was trying to play with her outside,Taffy really growled at him and were going to have paw fight.Mom was proud of Brandyn,he got a Literacy award at school for reading and writing,knew how to set up the X Box and can help set up a computer,says he can make an Omelette,Shannon won't let him try,isn't good at making coffee yet,more grounds than not.We had snacks that included Onion pieces,that were similar to Blooming Onions at the Outback,Chestnut wrapped in Bacon.It got to 10 or so,Samantha was tired,they went home,we di,Mom went to the candlelight service a little bit after dropping me off,was the until midnight,Heidi was down here with me,she was pretty good,she was crying for Mom,told her she was gone,still did it.Next day was Christmas,Heidi got her toy,played with that,I got Hooded sweatshirt with Canada on it,a short sleeved shirt,something like pajamas bottoms for bed and a sweater to wear over the shirt,wore that to church today.Around 10,we went up to Marlene's,had Bacon and Spinach Quiche,I had 2 pieces of Bacon,Mom had a bit of each.I got a gold chain with the Maple Leafs logo,a facecloth with the same logo,a tooth bush,same logo and gift card to Chapter's book store.Mom got gift card for her hairdressers,Swiss Chalet and Kelsey's,Heidi stayed home,she did get a new squeaky toy,a scarf,2 bags of Cesar's treats,Grilled Chicken flavor and Filet Mignon an a small can of Filet Mignon on,Cesar's food.Around 4 or so Shannon came for supper with Buster and Larry and Marlene with Taffy.As I said,Buster is hyper,was at Taffy to play here,Taffy barked at him,he chased Heidi ,Heidi was scared of him,crying and hid between the end table and the couch, Buster,just about ran her over later,I was a little concerned ,didn't want Heidi hurt and with me on the couch.Brandyn and Samantha were with their dad at his parents where their cousins Lauren and Brandyn were there,had Skidoo rides,lots of snow out there.Heidi loved Larry up,same with my sister and Shannon,piddled on the floor when she came,Heidi would get up in the chair with Larry to try and get away from Buster.Buster had a timeout outside,he peed on the carpet.Supper was good,Turkey,Carrots,Potatoes,Coleslaw,had Broken Glass Tort for dessert.Mom was tired after this and we went to bed at 10 to 10.Heidi went right to her bed again last night,was up at 6:15.She went out ,then in to eat and out again,went looking for Mom,then greeted her was with her when I later,was down her with me before church,is right now down here with me, my cousin Maurice just stopped by to visit, his dad ,my Uncle was at the hospital yesterday,had a stomach bug,better today.

What a wonderful Christmas you all had. Heidi looks so sweet. Our grandpuppy is a black lab & 6 years old & very hyper. If he hits you with his wagging tail it hurts. :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidicozy7.jpgHeidi this morning snoozing with her toys.Supper yesterday was Hot Turkey Sandwiches and Potato Cakes and Broken Glass Tort for dessert.We are having Hot Turkey sandwiches again today for supper.Heidi still tries and get our food,we made a promise not to give her people food,we are sticking to it.She had her play down here with toys,then she will quit and go at Mom's feet,Mom tried to to get Heidi to play with the toys,doesn't last long and is right back at mom's feet.After all this,she has a blitz around the rec room.She went out a few times,didn't always do anything,she would sit on the step then off it and sit and come back.She eventually snoozed by the chair me and then at mom's feet.She right to her bed last night,She heard me this morning to put blue boxes out,after this,took her out then she had her food ,last night had some Cesar's treats Marlene got her a Christmas present.She had plays with her toys this morning,was with me in the chair looking out and kissing me and with Mom,she stayed with me as Mom was still in bed.She is down here with me now,was snoozing,now playing with a Elephant squeaky Marlene got her for Christmas.Sun shining here,high of 34.

WOW!!! Lots of great pictures and lots of fun while I was gone. I got to NC and the snow started. Couldn't get out. Never want to see that much snow again. So glad to be back to Florida. Hope you're all well. Heidi is getting cuter by the minute!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...eidisleep6.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diplaying4.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diplaying5.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...diplaying6.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidimom13.jpgHeidi Thursday morning on her back snoozing down here,also down here playing in her bed late Thursday afternoon and after supper down here with mom,supper for us was Grilled Cheese sandwiches,Heidi had her food earlier.Heidi will play with her toys for a bit then suddenly stop and bite Mom's slippers,have a heck of a time to get her to stop,she eventually does.She had a snack of Cesars food and water,was out a few times,finally had a nap,beside the chair and in front of Mom's chair.She still bites carpet.don't why she does it,if Mom had some money,she would put her in an obedience classes to train her properly.Heidi went right to her cage last night,I got up at 6,there was a hockey game on Team Canada was playing St.Petersburg of Russia in the Spengler Cup final,they lost 4-2.I had her down here with about half an hour before she heard Mom upstairs so took her up and I had cereal up there,watched the rest of the game there.She had her usual routine of going out then in for breakfast and back out then in again.She had a play with toys upstairs,after the game was over, I brought her down here,she has mainly snoozed,been out once,has seen Mom,she was making soup.Having Pizza for supper today,going to Marlene's for diner on New Year's Day,Ham and Scalloped Potatoes.It was quite a year,had my 50th birthday,Mom her 80th,Fritz's 8th and last,going out to Mandarin for my birthday and having my picture taken,then losing Fritz was the worst thing that happened,wasn't expecting that,really miss the little guy,then Heidi came in to our lives,she has been a great joy to have around and we can make great memories with her and have good times next year and beyond.I will have a couple of hard days to get through,June 3rd which would have been Fritz's 9th birthday,it will be Mom's 81st birthday that day so that will be good and August 8th which would have been his 9th year with us, a week later on August 16th,Heidi will be a year old so something to look forward to and my 51st on September 10th,also September 29th a hard day,that will be a year since Fritz has been gone,Wednesday,was 3 months,been a hard time,still think of him every day.I hope we all have a Great 2011,hope you all will,see you next year!

Happy New Year to you, Barry, Mom, and Heidi. Alot of milestones have happened in 2010. What a year for you all. I really miss Fritz alot too. I think of him all the time. Have a wonderful New Year's Eve and day tomorrow. It's gonna be a great year!!!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...idicuddle2.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...eidisleep7.jpgHeidi cuddling with mom last night and this morning snoozing in the living room.Heidi was biting at us during supper yesterday so i brought her down here and put her in the rec room with the plastic lattice across it for a time out.After supper ,went down to be with her.She got into biting Mom later on and nipped her twice and me too,Marlene suggested a muzzle.She played with toys and had a run down here,snoozed by Mom,under the stereo and beside my chair.Last night,we put the tree in the corner and the decorations down,already did the lights outside last week when it was milder.We have been trying to get her to go down the step and outside ,will go up it fine,have to give her a nudge ,is afraid of climbing down it,then she goes outside,will keep at it,have got her to go down the last two steps downstairs but not up it yet.She went right to her bed,was up around 20 after 6,was out then in to eat and out again,then went to mom's room twice,to both sides of the bed,then to her side,then Mom got up.She would play with toys and got into biting,bit my toe then my hand, then she settled down to snooze.I brought her down here,she has napped,was snoring,just had her out,took her to see Mom,tail went ,is back down here with me.

Oh, Heidi! YAY for learning to use the stairs-- that's important! BOO for biting, what's up with that? Maybe you were just excited from playing and wanted Barry to know how excited you were. You sure are cute! Today's Dog of the Day reminded me of you!

Heidi is getting bigger!! She is such a great looking little girl!! A beautiful puppy. Maybe the biting will stop eventually. We hope so!! Sounds like a fun time at Marlene and Larry's and a great meal. Hope you all have a wonderful and very Happy New Year!!!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...heidimom16.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...eidisleep8.jpg http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../heidirun1.jpgHeidi snoozing in front of mom's chair late Tuesday afternoon,snoozing about 20 minutes later,Mom on the phone again and last night,having a run around the rec room,she barks before she starts and keeps growling while sprinting around,right now is under the chair here,just let out a bark.She is on the run again,growling,has stopped to rest.Yesterday,I had go down the bottom 3 steps of the chairs,I also tried her from the top,she was afraid of doing that but is getting good at going down the one step from the kitchen to go outside,She is currently playing with the Monkey,been at the biting again,both of us,at carpet too,have to keep a good watch on that ,don't want her sick.
