Jess, you said it all right there. If you didn't have the strength in you to begin with, no amount of love from anyone is going to implant it. After many many years of marriage - I found one day that I had been turned upside down and dropped on my head. I don't know how else to express it.
It was so horrific and painful. But I lived - I picked myself up - took care of the horrible bruise - and went forward with my life.

Jessica...I'm sorry I have not been as active on PT as I would like to be and am just now reading your reply.

I wish I could offer some advice but you see, I've never been married. I have had a long term relationship that broke up in 1987 and that was painful enough and I've remained single since then.

Jess, I'm sorry for my late reply. It breaks my heart that you're going through such a difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It's hard to know what to say other than thank you. I wish there were more words in the English language to express gratitude, I hate having to say the same phrase now that I'd say if someone picked up something I dropped and handed it to me! Just know that your thoughts, prayers, words of comfort and support, are lending me strength and spirit, day by day. I know God is speaking to me through all of you.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. :( I know its really hard to deal with! My husband and I had major problems a few years ago. In fact, I moved out and was on my own for over a year. It was heartbreaking and so stressfull. You are such a sweet, sweet lady you deserve only the best!! You are still in my thoughts and prayers. (((Hugs)))
