Hey this thread started while i was gone . But I want to add my way to gos too. How is it going today? it is a day buy day fight we are all behind you.
its been going pretty good! I stopped putting the patch on to see how I really was doing and they have been off for two days and still smoke free. Well I did take a toke off of one and that was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted. so yea I am still taking it one day at a time:D
