Good luck Taz and get well soon!
PT Prayers for Taz. He'll be home soon with Meowmie. :):love:
Best wishes for Taz. May everything go smoothly.
Well, while I was getting ready this morning I felt HORRIBLE that I couldn't feed him. Then my friend/co-worker texted me and almost made me cry. I was very teary eyed on the way to the vet. Then I was okay once I got there. So I'm doing better so far.
Now, I might have to leave work early to take Taggart to the vet. He has kennel cough. When it rains it pours, right? :(
But I will update as soon as I hear (and am near a computer). I am carrying my cell phone in my pocket!!
Thank you everyone!! :D :D
Good luck Taz, prayers and positive thoughts on the way.
(((HUGS))) to meowmie.
:( Try not to worry.. I just know Taz will be alright.. Sending lots of Prayers & Huggss & Positive Vibes.. Let us know when you can whats going on ok..
Said a prayer for Taz already.
Can't wait for the all clear update on my Scooter's twin. :)
Positive thoughts going out for Taz and Taggert too! You KNOW I KNOW how hard it is not to feed them in the morning. Did Taz open his mouth real wide to remind you? LOL! :) As for "when it rains,it pours"...We have had 1 emergency vet visit for Bean, Moon's teeth cleaned/extracted and Sunny had been to the vet around 6 times all in the past 2 months. I have to remember to ask my vets which colleges they want me to send their kids to. :D
LOL, no he didn't open his mouth like that. He just would run in front of me toward his feeding area meowing. And when I didn't follow he'd come back and meow at me some more. :(
UPDATE: The vet just called and he came through surgery just fine. :D They are going to send the capsules out to be evaluated. I did ask about the possibilities of cancer and she said she's 99.9999999% sure it's not cancer. She said if he keeps doing as well as he is now that he might get to go home in the morning. Woo Hoo!! This will still be a long night though.
Oh, the doctor also told me her Golden has to have surgery tomorrow too. They found a thyroid tumor in her throat. She was having a MRI for something else when they found it. So the fact that they found it soon is a good thing. I'll be thinking of them tomorrow.
Yaay! I bet Taz will be feeling way more comfy. If they were able to use smaller incisions, he will feel better.
Looking forward to update pics of your baby!
I hope her Golden does okay - prayers that the surgery fixes everything.
Yay!! So glad he came through surgery and that the vet is 99.99% sure it's not cancer!
Hope he'll get to come home tomorrow and be pampered, and that Taggart will be ok too. How's his cough?? (do they actually cough with kennel cough??)
So glad he came through the surgery ok. All fingers and paws crossed here that he gets to come home tomorrow. I know you will both feel better when he's home.
Oh yeah, Candace, I forgot to mention that I did ask this morning when I dropped him off how the incision(s) would be. She said one incision approx 3 to 4 inches. This was the vet tech and it's what she "thought". So I guess I'll see when he gets home tomorrow. :D I'm so excited!!! (but still a little nervous too)
I will have to get the room ready for him tonight, because Bruce will probably be picking him up for me. My supervisor will not be in tomorrow, so I have to be here.
I will update again once he is home.
PT power pulled through again. :D
 Oh Wheeessshhh that is Great News.. Now Make Sure the Vet Gives Pain Meds to Taz.. Hope Taz gets to come home real soon.. Many Congrats on the Great News.. Sending Lots of Healing Vibes & Huggss..
