http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...cuddlydog4.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...cekrispies.JPG Fritz this morning cuddled in Mom's chair and finished my bowl of Rice Krispies.Last night,Fritz was sitting in the doorway of the rec room wanting to go bed and when he got tired of waiting he layed down.Mom and Fritz went up first and I came up when the Leafs game was over.After the game was over,I came up and he was on the bed waiting for me,didn't crowd me out of bed this time.Had his usual breakfast,cuddle with Mom then me.We went today,i needed to get an updated version of Windows Live One Care.He was in the blue chair when we got back,turned to look at us when head resting on arm of the chair.Had a Salad for lunch,Fritz had a little.mom had a church meeting this afternoon so I had a Turkey TV dinner,Fritz had as little Turkey,also finished his own supper.Mom was talking to the Aunties tonight,he must have heard me say that Mom was to call them as he got out from under the couch and went over and sat on the coffee table.They are fine ,got a new car,a Saturn Astra,like it very much.We are having Cranbery loaf,Fritz is on Mom's lap looking for some and I will be next for him wanting a treat .Maybe getting a inch of snow overnight,just saw some blow by the streetlight.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...cuddlydog5.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ckblanket1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ckblanket2.JPG Fritz cuddled in mom's chair this morning,eating my cereal with blanket on and waiting for Mom's toast wearing the blanket.he stayed quiet all night and around 5 ,he cuddled up close to me.Shortly after i got up,he was up and had to go out,then came in for a drink and went to the blue chair.After Mom got up,he went to her and I put the blanket on him.He then had my cereal and toast,had Mom's and he then cuddled next to me.After I came down her,he went to Mom.Mom has gone to get her hair done and he curled up in her chair,sun shining in and 25 degrees out.Should be in Nassau,Bahamas 72 degees and partly cloudy right now.Supposed to rain most of Sunday then turning colder and 4-6 inches of more snow,not thrilled about it,wish it would warm up,the snowbank on the south side of the driveway are almost up to the little tree .

That's the car I want next! I have an '02 SL1 now. My dad has an Ion. He went for oil change and found out about the Astra.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...lippypaws1.JPG Fritz with paws in the air,snoozing on the couch covered by his blanket.he had some of my Hot Dog for lunch,we had Peameal bacon and Beans for supper ,he had a little of the peameal.Should have heard him whining as we were getting it on our plates.Had a little of a raisin bun without the raisins for dessert.He was outside before supper,was stuborn and wouldn't come in,Mom was not happy with him and wasn't going to give him anything for supper,he did get some in the end.Tonight,we had Raisin Buns and cheese,he had some buns.He had to go out after this and then came dowen for a drink.Spent time on Mom's lap and then went under the couch where he is now.

Awwwwwwww!!!! I just love that cute blanket Fritzie!! You seem to enjoy it too and I know it's keeping you warm and toasty. It's still pretty warm here too. We are having some gorgeous weather but I would love to see a little snow.

Congrats to the Aunties on their new car. Now they can visit Fritz all the time!! Stay warm everybody!! :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...uddlyfritz.JPG Fritz cuddled in the blue chair this morning.First went to the blue chair to curl up,I went and got him,no growling and took him and put him down on my bed.Not long after get into bed,he heard a noise and growled,I gabbed before he got off the bed.It turned out it was a Calendar that fell down i had taped on the wall and some of my clothes fell off the bedpost.I was just sitting down to eating breakfast that Fritz came out,he wanted out.he first took off under the table then went out.He had his toast and cereal after that and was cuddled next to me in the chair.Mom came out and she had a Raisin bun,he had a liitle,cuddled with her.Around 10, we went to the Oshawa Shopping Center for something to do where i bought a couple of Robert Ludlum books and a Lotto 649 ticket.A cousin of mine sent me a e-mail on Thursday(it came to her by way of St.Andrews Scotland)you send it to 4 or 5 friends and you win money in four days and if you sent it to 12 friends and family ,you geet a windfall in 2 days so will see what happens with he Lottery draw tonight.Still a Winter Storm Watch out.Now it says freezing Rain,to rain anywhere from 36 to 41 tomorrow,so Marlene and Larry will have to leave a little earlier to get to Pearson Airport for their flight to Nassau,Bahamas for 4 days.

Freezing rain doesn't sound like fun, Fritz!! Stay wrapped up in your pawprint blanket and stay warm. You must really hate to go out in that kind of weather. Too bad you aren't here in Florida. The weather is gorgeous. :)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...cuddlyyawn.JPG Fritz on Mom's lap this morning,Mom holding back a yawn.Taffy is here until Thursday,Larry and Marlene have gone with Larry's sister and her husband.We have had freezing rain,we stayed home,didn't go to church.Supposed to be changing to rain this afternoon.Fritz went to bed with me.At 20 after 12 this morning,he heard my Weather Station alarm going off down here,has gone off 3 or 4 times today probably due to this storm.had his cereal and toast,we had Sweet Potato Soup for lunch,cleaned both bowls right up.Having Peameal Bacon and Beans for supper.Hope it will clear up enough to go to the hockey game tonight ,game 2 of the playoffs,leading series 1-0 after a 2-1 win Friday night.Didn't win any money last night,not even close,maybe tonight in the 50/50 draw at the hockey game.

You and Mom look really cozy there Fritz. Great picture. It looks like everyone could use a nap ;)

Barry, it sounds like your weather was similar to what we had here in Chicago. It has rained all day and switched over to sleet just over the past couple of hours. We're supposed to get snow after the sleet. Is Taffy with you while her people are on vacation?

Fritz, I think you have the right idea -- stay near to your person and keep warm!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../fritzyawn.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../taffygirl.JPG Fritz with Mom this morning in the chair,having a big yawn and Taffy with her head on the pillow.They get along pretty good,both had a bit of our supper peal Bacon and Beans,had some rolls with Garlic in it,had some of those too.Behaved while I was at the game ,both went out.Fritz wouldn't go to bed until he had a dish of water,he was out in the kitchen growling,I filled the dish and took him to bed while Taffy stayed out in the livingroom to sleep.She came once to Mom,didn't stay.Fritz had his breakfast from me, and mom,was up with Mom and Taffy was on the couch snoozing.Marlene phoned after got through security at the airport,Flight was to leave at 4:45 Sunday,was delayed one to 5:05 and again until 5:17 due to fog.According to the Airline ,Skyservice they arrived in Nassau at 8:30 last night.Marlene may phone later on.Taffy made one boo-boo this morning,piddled on the carpet,Mom wasn't happy with her,she had been sleeping on Mom's bed,of course i only found it when I stepped in it and got a wet sock.37 degrees now and getting colder with a strong breeze,wind warning in place around her and other places.A trace of snow overnight into Tuesday nothing to worry about.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../closeyup1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../closeyup2.JPG Two closeup shots of Fritz on the couch yesterday.I was at least 10 feet from when I took it,I used the zoom on the camera for full effect.Marlene called yesterday around 5,having a good time,have been to the beach,were having supper later.it turned out the reason they were late taking off was the plane that was taking them was later arriving and the flight crew that was flying them down were also waiting and they were a half hour waiting for the plane to be refueled and ready to go.Larry's Brother-In-Law Al slept the whole way down,didn't want to look out the window.Mom thinks she will call tomorrow night and they leave down there Thursday morning at 10:35 and arrive in Toronto at 1:50.The dogs have been pretty good,Taffy made a boo-boo down here this morning,pooped on the carpet,Mom and I weren't happy with that.Had chicken breast for supper,Fritz cleaned my plate,Taffy had a little from Mom but got in a little hurry for it and didn't get any more.had banana cake for dessert,Fritz cleaned the plate up.At one point yesterday,Taffy shove her water dish across the floor,it was empty and it was her way of saying she needed a fill up.Had to give Fritz a biscuit to get him to bed,after that he was fine.taffy gets a certain amount of biscuits in the morning and a Bacon strip,Fritz had a Bacon strip also,also had toast and cereal.

I love Fritz's paw blanket. It's very cute...just like him!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../lazypair1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../lazypair2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../couchbuds.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ozybuddies.JPGFritz and Taffy being lazy this morning,Fritz,Taffy and Mom on the couch Tuesday afternoon and Mom and Fritz Tuesday afternoon.We had chicken yesterday and a Potato/Turnip mix that Mom fried up and Banana cake for dessert,Fritz had a little,so did Taffy.A couple of times Taffy looked out the front window looking out,she is kind of lonesome for Marlene and Larry,she is restless at night,a long time to settle down.She finally settled down on the couch and Fritz underneath the little couch.She drinks a lot of water,takes pills and she pants a lot ,maybe trouble with her heart,she is 10 years old.She slept on the living room couch last night, Fritz with me.Fritz has his breakfast with me,Taffy had her morning treat of biscuits and a Bacon strip.She is laying on the couch now and Fritz in Mom's chair.Marlene will probably call tonight before they come home tomorrow.Weather not so great there today,thunderstorms and 75,feeling like 93.
