Thought of something.
Since I won't be there until later, I won't be able to do this but should someone think about bringing a portable coffee pot if it is cold out? Then you could heat water and make coffe or hot chocolate?

I personally think it's a good idea! Does anyone have anything like that? I love hot chocolate..

I shuld be able to bring my cofee pot, and I think I havelots of hot chocolate around, and may have some instant coffee

Coffee pot - good idea! I'll bring an extra one along too, and some tea bags. Something hot to drink may be just the thing if this weather doesn't change!

Kia can be quirky too. She likes to head straight at people and when you reach to pet her she'll dance away with a "ha ha! psyched you out." :rolleyes: Pay her no mind. ;) :D

You know, I've been thinking, I first said I would bring potato salad, but it's still pretty cold here - how about if I bring a BIG warm pot of chili instead? with cheese and onions and oyster crackers?

Brownies and Chili both sound great to me.

Mmm.. I love chili on cold days. I'm not sure what we'll bring!

I was going to bring burgers and hot dogs, but with the chile and soup, so you still want that, or should I just rbing some shredder chicken sandwhiches, and not mess with the grill this time?

Amy, I think burgers & hot dogs are still a great idea. I may be the only one eating them, though!

I'll have to beg someone to take me to the store so I cna bring some soft drinks, napkins, plates, hot cocoa, etc. Whatever is needed that I can bring. :)

Ok, this is up in the air again.. my mom does not want me to take Anna & Rosie now..

My mom won't let me take them to the vet/she won't take them to the vet, and I have been arguing with her trying to get the dogs their Rabies shot that they are overdue for. Ugh. I don't know what's gonna happen now. She doesn't want me to take the girls along with me in a car that's a 2 1/2 hrs drive..

I'll try everything my best to get that done. I know it is NEXT Saturday, and I still need to send in my $10 along with the form & proof of their rabies/distemper shots.. :o

Weather Channel says Hi of 45 degrees and partly cloudy! *fingers crossed*

I don't really understand why she doesn't want you to take them in the car? You'll have your friend to help you and when you get to the park there will be all of us. The park is fenced and everything, they will be fine. I hope you are able to bring them!

As far as food anything is fine with me.

I think I will be bringing Barney. He is already feeling a lot better. The pain pills seem to be helping a great deal. I sent my paperwork for both permits this morning. I had to wait to send them until I got Barney's records.

Ok we can get hot dog and burger buns. We'll probably also bring some sort of dessert (cookies?). I was think it would probably make more sense for somebody who lives there to get ketchup/mustard as if it's not all used (which most likely it won't be) they can just take it home.

Hmmm... If I can get a lift to Walmart or a grocery store, I can bring napkins, cups, & plates. I can't think of anything else to bring that we would need.

Amy, I'm scared to fly, too. I've never flown alone. :o Are you driving back to FL with Kay & her Dad, or will you be flying home from OH?

We could go shopping or something the night before so we can pick up what we need to get as well. :)

Sorry to answer for her, but Amy will be driving back to FL with us and staying until April 6th. :)

I'm so nervous for tomorrow! We'll be at the airport to pick Amy and Beebo up. ;) And I still need to clean my room completely. :o

Micki I think we should all go shopping for some stuff maybe friday night (get some dinner together first?) or saturday morning because we need to buy stuff too. I think I may have to get some doritos too, love those things. :D

I've only flown once, with my mom, and it was to Boise, ID lol...short flight from SLC, UT. And that was many years ago. I hope we both will have good flight experiences!

And yeah I'm flying back from Florida so I'm driving back with Kay. I'm soooooooooooo nervous right now I'm going crazy. :o
