That's cool Sara that you were born as Mt St Helens was blowing her top. I don't think it's that the world wasn't ready for you, it was more Mother Nature's way of saying "Here she is world, look out!" ;) :D

I was born Feb 20, 1962 (see, told you I was old) and that was the day that John Glenn first orbited the earth. The beginning of the US space program. So it was kinda neat when he went back up a few years ago. It's neat to have something historical like that to be linked to your birthday. Oh, and Terry was born in 1947, the year the aliens landed in Roswell, NM, so I always tease him that I know where he came from. ;) :D

I was 3 years old in 1980. :D

I was born in 1981 and I still feel REALLY young. When people talk about how they were born in 1990 I'm like are they even old enough to type? Then I realize wow I'm 21. For some reason I keep thinking I'm 16. Then I remember about my bills, then I feel my age again.

I remember when I was 15, my mom was 40. I remember that she "was getting" gray hair then (although she must have had it before that, I just never noticed before) but I remember thinking that 40 is just about as old as any person can get. :eek: Now I know better. :rolleyes: :)

I was 14 in 1980 and Mark was graduating!
Almost 37, and I still don't feel like I'm old enough to have a 19-20 yr old kid (my mom was 18 when she had me). I can't even imagine it!
Before I know it, I'll be old & grey (oh, what was I thinking...I'm already grey:eek: )

Oh don't make my mom feel older than she already does. She'll be 40 on the 25th (Although she claims she's still 34 for the 6th year). I always have to "remind" her that she's 20 yrs older than me and I turn 20 on Dec 16th. (hey I can't stay 14 forever! :D )

I was 4 in 1980...Don't remember too much about it except moving from Bowling Green to Findlay. I was really excited cause my cousins lived right across the street! Course they move to Az a year later...anyway..here is a better pic of me and Ralph then the "death" picture I posted earlier...

I was 4 in 1980 also...the scariest thing ever????? The kids I used to babysit for are in and have graduated from COLLEGE!! :eek: Now THAT makes me feel OLD!

Why do I feel like this 1980's thing is all my fault...oh wait it is, in an off hand sort of way :D What can I say I'm a younging, a younging who must gaurd her food from Smudge (he sitting behind me staring at my roast beef dinner)

In May of 1980 I was 17 years old and almost out of high school. Since my birthday is in December, I didn't graduate until May of 1981. Now this December 4th I'll be turning 40. :eek:

I, as a few of you others, we not even thought of yet! As my sister said, her and my brother were moving while I was still 2 years from being born.

Yes, I was 4 in 1980, which means that I am 26 now. Some of the kids that I babysat when I was a teenager are right now in or graduated from college. No, I didn't babysit when I was 4...I was babySAT then. :D

40 is older than some, but it's far from OLD!! ;)

less and less I am getting the 'WOW you don't look your age' and more of the 'you look tired' GOD i hate it when ppl say that!! sooo rude! and that was yesterday, a bank manager said that to me and i said 'thannnnks!' lol
the fact of the matter was that I WAS tired from chatting on the net till midnight the night before lololol.

I get that you look so young too. People ask if I'm 16!! I've gone out to bars before and the security have pulled me aside asking to see my ID a second time because I look like I'm young.

This may be annoying now but you'll love being referred to as looking young as you get older. :)
