Hi Jack.

My grandma had dementia. She used to say that someone was flashing lights outside of her place and shaking it at night. She was at my house the day Kurt Busch won the championship. She saw Jack Roush and insisted that he was the man doing it.

I am just happy Turtle (my car) is home, after 6 days in the shop. He's got a new back bumper, new parts of his back door inside and out, and new paint where necessary. The oman at the body shop said "6 days isn't a long time, considering the damage ..." and I said, "Yes, I know but, like my father, I get fidgety when MY wheels are not in the driveway!" At least she smiled at that.

But to not stay on topic, I just bought a Slanket to give someone as a gift. I love mine! I haven't decided who will get it, but I just thought it would be nice to have to give as a gift. This one has a pocket for feet and hands.

I have to go to UAB Medical Center often that requires me drive down a 30 mile 6 lane highway. I usually pick a lane and stay with it the entire trip. I will have the individual that will pass me flying, changing lanes, and generally driving reckless the the whole way. I may pass him a number of times because of traffic lights. When the trip is over, usually, I am arriving at the same time as this person that did all these aggressive moves to get there. I have on occasion waved or nodded at the person while sitting at final traffic light. This is usually accompanied by a :D

Yeah... That is fun. :) I've said it before and I will say it again... I really don't like cars, driving and all that is associated with it. It just seems to bring out the worst in some people, myself included.

But what are ya gonna do? LOL
