http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/buddyboy.JPGHere is my buddy boy Fritz this morning with me in the chair.I got him to bed last night before I was ready for bed,but not long after going to bed,he wnet to Mom and slept.Around 2 ,he came back and slept on the bedspread,then at quarter to 6 this morning heard a noise outide and barked and that got me up.He didn't have breakfast ,was late for it,snoozed behind the couch and in the window.Fritz had a snooze in the window while I was out cutting grass,did 4 today including ours and one tomorrow as we have rain coming for Wedenesday and Thursday and into Friday morning so getting it out of the way early.Fritz had some sandwich with me for lunch,supper was Macaroni and Cheese and Scrambled Eggs,Fritz got to lick the plates.had some Peanut Butter cookie from me and Mom and the juice from some Pineapple from Mom.We are now all down here ,Fritz under the couch,Mom snoozing,I am a little tired from all the lawns I did today.Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day today

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../buddynap1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../buddynap2.JPGFritz having a nap in Mom's chair this morning and by the couch.He started sleeping with me on the floor after got meat,then he left and was growling,wanted water, got water.Then he went to Mom's bedroom for a few minutes and ended up with me,laying next to the bed,ended up on the bedspread,finished supper before going to bed.At 20 after 5 this morning,he heard a Dove calling and went off grolwing.I went out to him about 10 minutes later and he was in my chair resting.I then took him outside, brought him in and took him to Mom where he was for a few minutes ,I went back to bed for a half hour before putting garbage out.After I got up this time,he was in Mom's chair.After this ended up behind the couch then beside it.He had lunch witrh me,then cuddled in with me,then beside the chair and now tucked into the curtains which Mom doesn't like.Everyone's grass is cut as it is going to rain tomorow and Thursday.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...rlysnoozy1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...lyflipper1.JPGFritz snoozing on the couch and flipped over on the couch early this morning.Last night,he went straight to my bedroom after being out and slept there all night,no problem,didn't meat to get him there.He snoozed on the couch after getting up and behind,didn't have breakfast .He snoozed on the couch when we went out to get gas for the van then went and got Chicken Pies for supper and cream filled doughnuts for dessert,shaped a little like hot dogs,then went somewhere else for some cooked meat for lunch which Fritz had with me.Had the Chicken Pie and doughnuts for dessert, I had Caesar Salad with it,mom had Green beans ,Fritz had a little,hasn't ate his own supper for a couple of days.Had a brief play with his Monkey and a bone, then put this head down on the monkey,has rained all day and will tomorrow also.Fritz hasn't done much today,not too active when it rains,now under the little couch.He had some Iams bones,begged for water,had to put it front of him on the couch to drink it.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/peekybud.JPGFritz peeking out the blanket on the little couch last night,was in there for a little while then came out and wwas waiting to go to bed.After we went up,he went out then ame in and had his supper,hadn't ate it in 2 days and had a drink.He then came to my bedroom.Not long after,went out to the living and was growling probably wanted in the window.When I got out there,he was under ther table waiting for meat.I took him back and he disappeared again after trying to jump on Mom's bed.He had been out in the living room and left a deposit wasn't happy,I said you will be going to your own bed if you keep this up.I took him back to my room where he slept until 2:30 and went and slept with Mom the rest of the night.he had cereal and otoast from me,ate it while in the window,has snoozed behind the couch,on it by himself and with Mom,he saw here sleeping and was begging trying to get her attention.he also cuddled on my lap then later had a Roast Turkey Sandwich with me,now snoozing on the couch.Another gray day,had some rain this morning and more on the way this afternoon and evening,thunderstorms also which could bring the total amount of rain today to 1 to 2 inches,Fritz now barking at something maybe the mailman.Mom going out to play cards tonight so looking after Fritz,then tomorrow a Potluck diner at the church.

Hi Fritz!!! More great pictures, Barry! Fritz, you are always up to something aren't you? Awwwww.......you didn't eat for 2 days??? Poor guy. Be a good boy , sweetheart. Keep doing those meat getting tricks.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ookyfritz3.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...lappyfella.JPGFritz looking out the front window this morning and on Mom's lap as she was talking to Marlene,Fritz just had a play with his Monkey and got cuddly with Mom.Fritz was down here to start when Mom went to play cards,but soon begged to go up.Let him go up,he barked at two people walking dogs and barked at a lot of nothing.he barked once ot go out,was going to tie him up,he didn't want to as it was raining,but I did get him pout shortly after.I don't whether it was abefore or after he was out,he left a deposit on the carpet again,hnot happy wiht him ,later when Mom came home,she found he peed against the chair.Maybe he was mad at Mom going and leaving him,who knows?.I brought him to bed with me after giving him meat,then he took off again,just left him out there,he eventually came back and slept on the bed,by morning had all fours in the air. Later on,went to Mom's bedroom and snoozed when she went to the hairdressers.He had been in the window and I had ot keep hold as there was someone here to clean the furnace so he stayed with me upstairs,Mom was at a Potluck dinner at the church.Got a quarter inch of rain last night,not what we were supposed to get,not as much rain and no thunderstorms.Chance of a shower tonight and tomorrow,nothing again until Monday a 40% chance.

Fritz, I am beginning to think you have alot of tricks up your paw for every occasion. You don't like it when Mom goes away do you? You know how to get attention. That's a fact. In other words, you are the star of the show at your house , buddy!! As a matter of fact, aren't all our pets the bosses of our houses?

You look so cute in the window next to Papa's picture. I know the neighbors passing must have almost run off the road when they saw you in that pose. There you are with your beloved Mom too. What a good little boy. Such a family fella. Have a great weekend , sweetheart!!!:)

Awwwww.....I can see you're sitting there daydreaming about Bonnie, today's Dog of the Day, Fritz. Yes, it's true, you two will make a perfect little couple. Both of you could sit around and watch tv or sit in the window. You are a handsome boy there, Fritzie!!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...oozerbuddy.JPGFritz this morning on Mom's bed.What a time witht him yesterday and and last night.It started after we got back from Dairy Queen and got blizzards.It was storming out and had to give him Gravol so mixed it in with ice cream from the Blizzard,didn't take effect until after it stopped storming,he barked at the noise and peed on the carpet him .Last night,tired 4 or 5 times to get him to bed with meat ,once it was water ,didn't work so took him down ot his bed.He barked at first and settled down.I must not have close the cage right as i saw him on the carpet next to my bed at 20 to 4 this moring then ended up on the bedspread.After i got up,he went to mom.Fritz ahs been behind the couch,has been in the window right now and was barking.

That doesn't sound like much fun at all, you guys. Wow!! I wish those old storms would go away. We don't mind rain but no thunder or firecrackers. No loud noises. Right, Fritzie? I hope you're sleeping good now and you have a good day tomorrow.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...snoozebuds.JPGFritz on Mom's bed this morning with Mom,pillow partway in the air.he came up with me and Mom .I got ready for bed this went to get some meat form the fridge,he was right there waiting,took him ot my bedroom,the immediately took off again to the living room .He stayed there a few minutes then started barking so went out got meat,got him and Mom and I took him and put him in his bed.He barked at first then settled down .Mom ogt up a little after 5 and got him out of his cage.Mom went back to bed,he then growled for water, I go that and I went back to bed,he then went to Mom and crawled under the covers, it was cool out 43 degrees.he had some sandwich with me.Mom and Fritz both got birthday cards from the Aunties.They are going to miss both birthdays,mainly Fritz's,they want us to come some time for a visit,maybe soon.Fritz will be 7 on Wednesday,Mom will be 79.We are going with Marlene and Larry Wednesday night for supper.Fritz ate all his supper tonight,Mom gone out with her church group for supper,Fritz up on her bed snoozing.

Ahhhh....those tricks to get meat never end do they?? You are the most clever little guy, buddy!! A real con man. Doesn't that meat taste good? I love to hear how you keep everyone on their toes there.

What a shame that the Aunties will miss the birthdays. Maybe a visit to their house and you can celebrate all over again!!:)

It's official, Fritz. You have taken over the house. You are something else , little guy!! I see you peeking out but you probably think we can't see you don't you? I love those upside down pictures. I could jump in and give you a good belly rub or two.
No more presents for not getting meat, ok? You be a good boy and don't mess in the house and you will get lots of meat when you want it.

Barry, that is so nice of you to do all that work for Marlene and Larry. You're a good brother. I would faint if I got so fortunate and got that much help.:)

WOW!!! Look at that great birthday dinner, buddy!!! My computer was down all night and this morning or I would have gotten here sooner. We had a big storm and a power outage for a long time. What a great birthday you and Mom had, huh? Great pictures of you by the way. You are one handsome birthday boy.
Maybe the Aunties will have a birthday cake for you when you go for a visit. Be a good boy!!:D :D :D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...peekingout.JPGFritz last night peeking out from the blanket on the little couch,he heard Mom talking to Marlene,they are at their cottage.Fritz also wanted water,had to take it to him on the couch,also a Iams bone,he dropped it on the floor from the chair,had ot pick it up.He cuddled with Mom then under the blanket.he went up to the living when we went to bed, was laying beside the Monkey stuffy.A few minutes later either a shotgun went off or firecrackers,he growled a few minutes then quieted down,then came to me.At 20 after 5 went to Mom's bed and buried his head under the pillow ,mom didn't hear get on the bed.Had toast and cereal,wanted Mom's dish in a certain spot,,sat and begged,wanted my cereal bowl and toast in a certain spot also before eating it.Mom talked to Bev,Fritz went over and was on mom's lap,he knew who Mom was talking with.It is her birthday today.She hasn't been feeling too well,the medicine she takes for her problem has caused pressure in her head and one leg has been giving ou so won't be going anywhere today.Irene's birthday is on Thursday,she is having a procedure on her hip,so Mom will phone Wednesday night to wish her a Happy Birthday,Lousy weather tomorrow,showers,then wet on Monday and Tuesday not good for grass cutting,doing ours shortly.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...readynappy.JPGFritz laying on my bedspread this morning.He first went to a chair in the living room then under the dining rom table.After I went to bed,I heard him growling he wanted water so gave him that and he soon went to mom's bedroom and got up on her bed for a few minutes.He then came to me and slept on the bedspread,heard him dreaming this morning,probably chasing Rabbits.Fritz had been with Mom in her chair,had my cereal,took it to him like I did water down here last night.Fritz going to the vets tomorrow for a needle,I think for heartworm and we will be told he is a little heavy,that he should lose weight.Rainy day right now,same tomorrow and rain Tuesday morning,rain again friday,not a great week for cutting grass.

Awwww.....best of luck at the vet tomorrow, buddy!! I hope you're doing great and that needle doesn't hurt too much. The old diet thing huh? Sometimes we all have to consider the old diet. Be a good boy!! Great pics of you!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...eadyhidey4.JPGFritz with his head hiding under a pillow on Mom's bed this morning.At first last before we went to bed,Fritz was under the dining room table.Around 11,he came to me and slept on the floor next to the bed.After I got up this morning,he went to Mom's bed and slept.He first had my cereal,had a piece of my toast then went to mom and begged her to moved her plate where he wanted it next to her chair.Fritz had that and came back and finished my toast.Then it was time to go the vets after I cut grass.We first stopped at Shannon's to drop off a card for Brandyn who turns 8 on Thursday.Mom gave him money that was from me and her,he came out ands thanked beforte going to school which was right across the street.Samantha is a cutie,she came out the door and kept waving at me with one of the kids Shannon does daycare for,had to wave twice as we left,they are having a party for Brandyn on Saturday,not sure if we are going,don't want to make Larry and Marlene upset.Brian is having a MRI shortly,has had dizzy spells,at times,he is right out of it.Doctor said he should get better,that what Brandyn said too.Fritz was a god boy at the Vets,would se people there and tail would go,nobody came to him.the we went in a room first was weihed ,he is 21 pounds,vet didn't say he was fat,he trieds to give him a kiss before his shot,he didn't make a sound.he will go back next year for the same thing,Mom will have get pills when he starts scratching,only if it warm,if it stays cool like it has,maybe not.He had a snooze after supper,had all his food,snoozed on the carpet and I just checked him, he needed a drink,had that and have put him outside before he comes down here to snooze most likely.Have had a little rain,maybe more again later and tomorrow morning.

Who is that good looking watch dog in the window? It's our Fritz!! Great job keeping an eye on the street, buddy. Great pics, Barry. Egg salad. Yum....I think I'll make some.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...restybuddy.JPGFritz resting with his head on my on my knee this morning,couldn't get up to get breakfast as he was right across my lap and had ot waiting until he cuddled in next to me.fter I got up to get breakfast,he went behind the couch to his "hole".Last night,had ot get a piece of Cinnamon Swirl bread to get him down her.he had a couple of iams bones,some biscuits from mom,had a drink,didn't have to get it for him,had a snooze in the chair then under the couch.Mom had to ring the doorbell to get him upstairs,then went out,came in and had a drink and went to the livingroom,then went to the bedroom was trying to jump up,couldn't get a good run at it,so i went to help then he makes does this every time I go and help him.He stayed there all night then this morning buries his head in the pillow.Mom talked to Auntie Irene,her birthday today.Bev not feeling too great,getting frustrated and losing patience.Shannon having a party for Brandyn on Saturday,not sure what we are doing,if not may go to the Ribfest here which goes from Friday until Sunday.Having an outdoor church service with all the churches on Sunday at Rotary Park here,supposed to nice and Sunny that day 73.

Look at you talking to those ducks, Fritz. What are you telling them? Probably; telling them what a great life you have there and about all the meat treats you get. I'm glad to see you have them as friends.

I can't blame you, buddy. I had a sleepless night last night too. Tell the ducks all about it. Say a few words for me. Those ducks will let you get it off your chest.;)
I hope the weather holds up for the church service, Barry. We had really bad rain here yesterday. We need the rain but we don't need the thunder and lightning. Have a great day!!:D

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../stormyboy.JPGFritz sleeping in his bed in the laundry room this morning.We had an unexpected thunderstorm go through with Lightning and Thunder and torrential rain,the noise scared him,he barked.We then went up to bed ,gave him some Gravol then put him in his bed down here,whined a little but soon quieted down.Had one awful bang of Thunder that scared the pants out of Mom and me.I got up at 20 to 7 this morning,went down to Fritz,tired to get him to come out,he growled a couple of times and he stayed there,he was there until after 8 this morning,the Gravol worked on him.He had cereal and toast,had lunch with me.He ate ghis own supper after ours.After supper, he is looking for his Monkey,tell him it is down here so he goes and gets it,then had a paly with both of us,now snoozing in the kitchen.

Awwwww, poor Fritzie!! I don't like seeing you like that buddy. I don't like those old loud storms. Delilah spends alot of time in the bathroom these days with our afternoon thunder boomers. Be a good boy, Fritzie!!:)
