I have started this numerous times so I hope I do it this time...

1. I have been married 27 years

2. I love to camp and dream of owning an RV someday.

3. I am totally addicted to coffee and take it in the shower with me.

4. I tried for 9 years to have my first child, was pregnant again within a year.

5. I love king of queens and everybody loves raymond and I own all the dvd's.

6. My pretty much brand new car got hit in a freak accident in front of my house this morning.

7. It took me 10 years to get a 4 year MIS degree.

8. I love the ocean and would love to live there.

9. They gave me a blackberry at work and now I can never put it down.

10. I love to travel and love to learn about other cultures.

11. I just finished the book "kite runner" I was so into in I put it in the middle of a technical manual at work and acted like I was busy, I finished it in two days.

12. My dogs are the loves of my life and I miss them when I am not near them. I layed on the beach in Hawaii talking about how much Casey would love that beach until my family groaned.

13. I love snorkeling.

14. I went to church every day growing up and now I am not religious at all.

15. I love listening to Dr. Dean Edell on the radio

I am absolutely stuck and will have to finish later!

1. I love Warrior cats. It's the best book series to ever come out. :love:

2. I find conformation dog shows boring, but I watch them anyway just for the dogs.

3. I love gnomes!

4. I work in a new department at Six Flags this year, ENTERTAINMENT! Woohoo! :D

5. I used to hate pasta until I tasted REAL pasta in Italy.

6. I love to travel. :love: I plan to backpack through Europe with someone when I'm older.

7. I used to play Pro-golf and had Golfing lessons all the time but I stopped playing, I really wish I hadn't.

8. The only book I've ever actually hated with a burning passion is the one I'm reading now! The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, I'm SO tempted to light it on fire, UGH.

9. I used to really enjoy English class, until the dumb student teacher who hates teenagers started teaching EVERY class. :rolleyes:

10. My mom said the first time I laughed was when I saw our old dog Shana.

11. I love Haunted New Jersey, Weird NJ, etc, but I can NEVER Ever go to one of those places they scare the crap outta me, but its fascinating to read about.

12. I used to be scared of ever single ride, even little baby ones like Test Track in Disney World, and now I CANNOT get enough of Roller Coasters, they are by far the best invention ever!! :D

13. I like learning, reading about Ancient Egyptians. I love their Art, culture, beliefs. Like Anubis, the god of the dead, I just love all that stuff.

14. I hate my history teacher.

15. I'm a beast at swimming. :) Love everything about it.

16. I love the Super Pet Expo, went for the second time on Sunday!

17. I think looking on Petfinder has become a hobby for me.

18. I miss Animal Planet on TV. :(

19. I love wolves, I always wanted to start a wolf preserve.

20. When I was younger I was planning on working at Australia Zoo with Steve Irwin. :p That'd be AWESOME!

21. I've very interested in Marine Biology ;)

22. I like working out whether it be at Retro fitness, in my pool, etc.

23. I like Comedy Movies above all genres.

24. I LOVE making graphics like sigs and avatars but I haven't had a chance to make on in awhile.

25. I will never understand humanity. How can you fight over religion, I thought it was supposed to be good? How can one man kill a whole race of people? How can you live with yourself after killing an innocent living thing?

26. I say that yet I kill bugs. :o

27. I don't have a phobia of anything except spiders and escalators.

28. I like wearing things that support a good cause.

11. I'm on the computer aaalllllll day long. When I get home from work, the last thing on my mind is my computer.
12. I don't like fast talking. If someone is a fast talker, I tell he/she to slow down.
13. I don't know how to drive in the snow even though I have a four-wheel drive SUV.:o
14. I have my memorial service all planned out, including the music to be played :cool:
15. Any temperature over 65 deg F is hot for me. I could never live in a "hot" country/state.
16. I wear shorts all winter
17. Things I would like to do/see before I die: hot air balloon ride, see the Northern Lights, swim with the whales, go to Mardi Gras and tour the "South", go to the UK, go on an African safari, cross Canada road trip and eat tons of lobster in the Maritimes, learn to snorkel...then snorkel in some clear blue ocean with lots of salt water fishies
18. I believe in all things magical. This includes unicorns, fairies and Santa. These things warm my heart like nothing else...except love and friendship.
19. Most of the time I feel very unimportant. :o
20. When I was only a year old I wore braces on my legs for 6 months because they were crooked.
21. I love camping, although I'm too old to sleep in a tent (sorry Richard..:D). I would love to take a road trip in an RV.
22. My mom tells a camping story. I was only about 4 or 5 years old and we were camping in the BC Interior. I disappeared. They couldn't find me. I was a couple of campsites down, deep in the bushes, on my tummy, hand feeding and talking to a squirrel. I didn't know what all the fuss was about. :D
23. I learned how to chop kindling at a very young age.
24. I learned how to drive a boat when I was about 10.
25. I took skiing lessons in my early 20's.....invented many new ways to somersault down the mountain. Never skied since.
26. I had a wonderful childhood and even though we were lower middle class, Mom and Dad made sure that our Christmas's were happy.
27. I learned how to play poker at the age of 12. We used matches instead of money
28. I learned how to water ski in my teens.
29. There is a salt water fish tank in my office. I share an office and it belongs to my colleague. We have two orange Nemos, lots of coral and a huge Anemone.:cool:
30. I was not smart in high school and just barely passed.
31. I don't "do" roller coasters.
32. I hate slamming doors.

I took "Kite Runner" on a business trip with me and read it twice before I got home. Check out his second book - "A Thousand Spendid Suns"

1. I love Nutella on warm croissants.

2. My first dog was a Pekinese named Monday.

4. I am the only one in a very large family that doesn’t smoke cigarettes.

5. I like to walk barefoot, even when it’s cold.

6. My first summer job was being a gate guard for a gated community. A little boring but relaxing. I didn’t have to do much. I’d bring my RB Dee Dee in the little gate box and read books all day while saying hello to people.

7. The first book I read by myself when I was 4 or 5 was Dr. Seuss’s: One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.

8. I dislike blueberries.

9. I got the mumps and chicken pox as a child within 10 days of each other. Longest sick leave from school ever!

10. As a child I was awesome on the balance beam. My teachers wanted me to try out for the Olympic team.

11. I like reading books by Dean Koontz.

12. One of my favorite bands is Nickelback.

13. I think Wentworth Miller is HOT.

14. My favorite fragrances are J’Adore, Eau D’Issey and Mariella Burani.

15. I used to collect key chains and had thousands of them but I got tired of them and eventually gave them away here and there to whoever wanted them.

16. I love anything Boston Terrier and am currently looking for Boston Terrier baby bedding or nursery décor but cannot find any.

17. I hate milk… even chocolate milk. The smell makes me gag.

18. My favorite kind of jewelry (and I don’t have much) are gold earrings.

19. I prefer the company of my dogs to most people.

20. I thought I’d never like owning a male dog…. until Frankie came along.

21. I love black licorice… the bitter kind. The more bitter, the better!

22. I prefer sitting by a pool then going to the beach.

23. My dog Beenie thinks she’s a cat sometimes. She purrs when you pet her. I really have to catch it on video one of these days.

Here goes....I did this for Facebook, too, and it took longer than I thought it would!

1. I’m the youngest of three girls. All of our names begin with the letter S. For the longest time, I thought my name was Susansandyshannon……..

2. I don’t wear jewelry because I have a terrible nickel allergy. Even supposedly gold earrings break my ears out, and it hurts a lot!!!

3. I don’t like to wear dresses because I’m not really girly girly. Panty hose were invented by the devil himself.

4. Bridges and high overpasses terrify me….especially high bridges over water. Even though tunnels don’t bother me, I don’t think I could go through an underwater tunnel either.

5. I teach at the same elementary school I attended. When I went to Caldwell, it was first through sixth grade…no kindergarten.

6. Even though I didn’t go there, I love all OU sports, especially football and basketball….men and women’s.

7. I have a bachelor’s degree in Library Science and a master’s in Elementary Education. The thought of going to school now really gives me the heebie jeebies………glad I’m done.

8. I love, love, love dogs, and I have two great ones…Cassie, my 14 ½ year old Dalmatian and Boomer, my year old English Springer Spaniel. I guess I must have a thing for black and white dogs. HA

9. Snakes absolutely, positively scare the beejeebers out of me!! My nephew has one, and I don’t know how my sister sleeps in the same house.

10. I have been in a football stadium when a bomb when off right outside. Some guy tried to take a backpack with a bomb in it into Memorial Stadium at OU. We heard the explosion, and everyone around us was speculating about what it could be, but I think everyone was thinking bomb…..especially those who live in the Oklahoma City area, but no one wanted to actually say those words. The guy couldn’t get in with the backpack so he went and sat on a bench outside the stadium to figure out what to do next, I guess, and the bomb went off……..poor bus driver sitting in a bus saw it all.

11. While in an airplane, we almost had a midair collision when the traffic controller sent a small plane in our path….pilot had to like brake in midair! I looked at Mike, and when I saw the concern on his face, I knew something bad had happened. The pilot came on and explained what had happened. Pretty freaky!!

12.I once scratched my cornea while wearing a construction paper bird beak. The teachers were acting out the Twelve Days of Christmas, and my group were the six geese a laying. I was acting silly, “pecking” at a coworker who was afraid of birds. I guess the beak slipped up and got me in the eye. It was one of the worse pains I’ve ever experienced. I went to an afterhours clinic, and the doctor acted like he had heard that same story a dozen times that day. I had to wear a patch for 24 hours, and my lovely husband would only talk pirate to me! HA

13. I’m related to Davy Crockett and Abe Lincoln. Our family all came from the Tennessee/Kentucky area. We always knew we were kin to Uncle Davy, but my sister delved deeper into our family tree, and found that we were also related to Abe.

14. I have a “fear”, for lack of a better word, of down escalators. My mom and I were in a Boston mall once, and the down escalator was going so fast and was at such a steep slope, neither one of us could get on. I haven’t liked them since. I will almost always find an elevator. Up escalators don’t bother me.

15. I’ve never had any broken bones that I know of….I think I may have broken the toe next to the little one when I tripped over a big rock. I cut my foot pretty badly when I was 8…..that was about it as far as injuries go.

16. I’ve traveled to 9 countries and 37 states. I went to Europe before I was married, and my parents and I used to go on these long road trips. I’ve also gone to quite a few states with Mike and the kids, following OU football.

17. I’ve never smoked a cigarette, even as a kid. My mom used to smoke so I had access to them…..just never, ever appealed to me.

18. Old classic television shows are my favorites…The Andy Griffith Show, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Dick Van Dyke Show……the best TV. If they ever take TV Land off, I’ll be lost! HA

19. At my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary celebration, my sister made me laugh so hard, I….I…..yes, I wet my pants!!! Luckily, it was at my house, and I was able to slip down the hall to change before everyone knew….There I’ve said it!!!

20. I am a Christian but I know I’m not as good of one as God would want. I pray every day to be a better person than the day before.

21. I don’t know how to drive a car with a stick. I’ve lived 47 years without knowing, so I really don’t see the point in learning now.

22. I am NOT adventuresome when it comes to trying new things such as food……If it isn’t something I’m familiar with, I won’t eat it….just like a little kid, I guess, but again, I’m 47 years old, and I don’t have to eat anything I don’t want to!!

23. I was a Cub Scout leader for 4 years for my two nephews’ den. It was fun, but I didn’t want to do it again. I stayed up all night at a lock in with what seemed like hundreds of 7,8, and 9 year old boys....never again!

24. I’m a librarian, but I really don’t read that much. I’m busy with the kids and the husband, the job, the house, the dogs, etc.so I really don’t do much reading. My dad and my older sister read two or three books a week probably.

25. I’ve lived in the same city all of my life. I never had to experience changing schools or making new friends.

26. I met Mike on a blind date. He had hired the daughter of one of my coworkers, and they hooked us up. We were engaged after 3 weeks. When you are in your 30’s, I guess you just know if you have found the right person.

27. I used to always tease my mom about the many different hairstyles and hair colors….well, I realized I can’t talk much! HA

28. I don’t like confrontation at all! I can tell people off really well while I’m in the car or the shower, but I don’t like actual confrontation. I guess that is why I don’t talk about controversial topics unless I know the person I’m speaking with is of the same opinion as me.

The ending is a little contrived but up until then it is gripping and hard to put down. What I particularly enjoyed is it is about the relationship between two women this time.

16. I hate pizza, blech just bought some tonight for the kids and could hardly eat it.

17. I am changing jobs in a week or two and I have been doing the same thing for 14 years so it is kind of scary. Its at the same place but a different area.

19. I saw a dog that had been hit on the freeway tonight and it has upset me all day.

I also looked for some corgi decor- I really wanted a corgi wallpaper border, but I was also unsuccessful. Cafepress does have some cute onsies though!

He he, me too. But then when the conference ended (around 7 pm MT) they didn't show House anyway- it was two episodes of "24," which I don't watch. I was bummed! Sounds like all in all you had a very hard day. :( I hope today is better for you!

A good way to pass the time while my son is napping...

1. My name is Cassandra, but when I was younger they called me Cassie. My brother thought it was halarious to call me Lassie, so he would whistle at me all the time. About 4 years ago, my mother sent me a beanie baby in the mail. Yep! It was a collie dog, and it's name was Cassie! Seriously?!!! LOL!:D Out of all the names they could have picked, haha. They now call me Cass.

2. I work at Banfield Pet Hospital in Eugene, Oregon. I have been there 4 years in May. I don't think I'll ever leave...

3. I've decided to name all my future pets Mobster names if they are male.

4. My dream bird is a white fronted Amazon. A parrot landed on my bf's windshield about 3 seconds after my birthday last Dec. I heard a noise and turned around, and was like, "OMG. It's a parrot!" haha. I grabbed it like the dork that I am. Could have gotten bit! How random is that. Bird lands on windshield just after birthday. Anyway, I had him for a few days until we located the owners. But during that short period of time I fell in love with him. I was really disappointed when I had to return him. Especially after seeing his small cage, and finding out the reason he got lost. They let him out on their outside porch, wings unclipped. Stupid people. I miss him. :(

5. My boyfriend has Leukemia. He is one of the strongest people I have ever met, and my best friend! I would be lost without him. He has one more round of Chemo and then he'll be done! :D

6. I have Lupus. I just found out so I am still learning about the disease. Today has been a good day. Pretty much pain free except a little aching in my hands.

7. I photograph for Suicide Girls.

8. I'm loving my new camera!

9. I'm finally getting my life back on track at age 29!

10. I don't believe in religion, but I am spiritual. I don't think we're alone. :)

11. I constantly wonder how my kids have blue eyes, when their fathers eyes are green, and mine are brown...

12. I've never met any of my cousins. Though I did run into a guy who worked at the mall with the same last name as mine!

13. I still do not have my drivers license, and don't think I ever will.

14. I love love love Trader Joe's! They have the best hummus and juice there.

15. I have two children. Both boys. Both a handful.

16. I used to want another boy, however, as of late, I am seeing too many sweet looking baby girls...so now I want a girl. :p

17. I'm hoping to move to New York in 3 years.

18. I could eat corned beef every day for the rest of my life and I wouldn't get sick of it.

19. I hate onions, bell peppers, and cilantro. Oh ya, and pineapple too. In fact, I don't really like any fruit. I'm more a vegetable girl.

20. I got "dressed" up for the first time in years last week. Meaning, I wore a nice shirt. :p

21. I am very picky, very blunt, and very stubborn.

22. I have a potty mouth, which isn't such a good thing with a toddler in the house. I really need to watch what I say.

23. I love the outdoors, and think I'm one of the rare people here in Oregon that don't complain about the rain and snow.

24. My favorite color is green. :)

25. I much prefer cats than dogs.

26. I love to cook, but never have the time.

27. I do not own a tv, a stereo, or an ipod. I watch my movies online and my tv shows on Hulu.

28. My favorite tv show right now is It's Always Sunny! Crude humor gets me every time. :love:

Round TWO?? Oh my goodness here I go :D

1. My grandmother turns 96 this year. Her mind is still as sharp as can be & her heath is still as good as we can hope for.

2. My mother has 12 brothers and sisters. My dad has 9. My mother-in-law has 10, my father-in-law has 6 :). All my aunts/uncles have on average 4-5 childrens..

3. ^^ means together, my hubby and I have a gazillion first cousins :)

4. I collect Beany babies.

5. I am always late. It's a bad habit I'm trying to quit, but not yet successful. My husband, on the other hand, is an extreme on-timer. So, whenever we go together, I'm on time. When I go by myself, I'm late :(

6. My resolution for this year was to pack my lunch every day. I'm keeping up with it so far so good.

7. My dream dog is a Golden retriever.

8. I LOVE all kinds of ice-cream, special ones with nuts. I can finish the whole box of ice-cream on one serving!!

9. I HATE wearing socks.

10. I sleep very easily. No mater what time of day, or whether I just woke up, no mater where I am.. If my back touches a flat surface, 2 second later, I'm gone :)

11. I am exellent at multi-tasking. Right now, I'm compiling this list, entering data to a spreadsheet, all the while talking to a vendor on the phone..

12. I'm very low maintenance. All my clothes, except for a few nice pieces to wear to church, interviews, parties, etc, are below $20 :)

13. I love roses. We have 50 bushes in all different colors at our home.

14. My figures are extremely sensitive to ice. I can't hold a frozen thing for more than a few seconds without turning the tips of my figers red, make them tinkling, and have the burning sensation.

15. I don't watch any sports on TV, except soccer.

16. I'm NOT a morning person. Once in college, I took an 8:00 a.m. class and only managed to attend it twice. One for a midterm, and the other for final. I got a B+ though :)

17. I never eat breakfast. (I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. but.. but I just don't feel hungry in the morning)

18. I wish I know how to cook better.

19. I still have all my wisdom teeth. They were set properly and have never given me any problems.

20. We set aside an area in our backyard for my parents to grow vegetables. Hopefully by next summer, we'll be having home-grown veggies!!

21. We'll be planting 10 tropical fruit trees in our backyard in the spring!! :D

22. When I was a little kid, my mom taught me practice reading by reading signs on the street. I still read all the signs now.

23. I love romantic comedy movies.

I swear I just killed over an hour reading through all of these and found everyone very interesting. I even learned a few things I didn't know before! ;)

Here are my 28 random things:

1. I like my job and my boss.

2. I never thought I would live in California and like wine as much as I do.

3. I have an obession with all things Irish/Celtic and have wanted to see Ireland since I was like 10 years old.

4. I love oriental cats and have 2! They are my dream pet and I'll never live in a house without an oriental.

5. I have met Heywood Banks 3 times (extra credit to those who know who Heywood Banks is!)

6. I joined the marching band in high school because a friend of mine told me they were going to Toronto my Senior year. I had a Clarinet, but didn't really know how to play. I joined anyway and even though I couldn't really read music (what are all those black dots?) I listened to everyone around me and learned the music that way - this even got me through 4 years of college bands!

7. I love wolves and did some volunteer work at Wolf Park when I was in college. I even got to hold a baby wolf. So cute! I really learned a lot about canine behavior working there.

8. I have been a member of an online forum (Pet Talk) since Jan 2001, and am still posting today! I have met so many people in this forum that are now friends in real-life.

9. I don't like the way I look - I have very low self-esteem

10. I'm very proud of my sister who has overcome many difficult challenges in life. She's a Doctor! Cool, huh?

11. I worked in a vet hospital for a year and still maintain their website!

12. I can't go to bed without washing my face and brushing my teeth - otherwise something just doesn't feel right

13. It takes forever for me to fall asleep, so I read every night. If I don't read, I will toss and turn and not sleep well. Even if I'm really tired, I still need to read at least a sentence or a page...basically until my eyes get heavy and I start to fall asleep.

15. I can't leave the house without making my bed - it feels too disorganized if the bed is left unmade. Similarly, clutter in the house stresses me out. I hate to clean, but usually feel much more calmn when things are newly fresh and clean and everything is in it's place.

17. If I hit the lottery, I would buy a house on a beach or at least near the ocean. The ocean has a calming effect on me - the sound of waves is one of my favorite sounds. Better yet, a house on the coast of Ireland would be awesome!

20. I tend to be a people-pleaser, even at the sacrifice of my own happiness sometimes.

1. I did the Richard Petty Driving Experience @ Chicagoland Speedway. We took a few laps reaching 170 mph, after getting out of the car and taking off the gear I threw up from the extreme force placed on my stomach. Whoever says NASCAR doesnt take talent is DEAD WRONG.

2. I am kind of a germaphobe : I carry hand sanitizer in my purse. I wash my hands with antibacterial soap before washing my face, and will not take a bath without scrubbing out the tub with bleach first. I also use my foot to flush toilets in public restrooms and use towels to open the door.

3. The best gift I recieved (so far) from my boyfriend was my Beretta 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun. :o

4. My favorite color is dark purple, closely followed by baby pink and silver

5. I am terrified of going in the woods at night when at my cabin. Too many bears and wolves - I'm always afraid something is going to get me.

6. I am only 5 feet tall and wear a size 7 or 7.5 shoe.

7. I live in Wisconsin, the beer capital of the world – I hate beer and refuse to drink it. BLECH.

1. I have never eaten avocado. I just can't get past the looks!
2. When I was little - I got car sick all the time. No Sunday afternoon drive was any fun.
3. My first few month of 1st grade, I had to have a home tutor. The new school in walking distance wasn't completed, and I couldn't take the bus to the temporary school. (Bus sick!)
4. I spent my 60th birthday on a 24 hr train ride to Miami to attend my brother's funeral. I don't do planes!
5. When I travel I must have a window seat. Need somewhere to prop my pillow so I can sleep!
6. I was born and raised in New England, but to this day, have never been to Maine or Vermont.
7. I have walked to the top of the Washington Monument.
8. When I was a kid, I slammed the car door shut on 3 fingers. Nothing broken, but lost a couple of fingernails.
9. When I was an adult, a "helpful" store clerk loading a heavy item into the trunk of my car, slammed the trunk closed on the same 3 fingers. Again - nothing broken - just some nerve damage in 1 finger.
10. I never learned to play a musical instrument which was a bummer, since I envied those in the marching band in h.s.
11. People that scuff their feet are very annoying to me. Pick them up!!!
12. I hate pulling weeds, so I'm not much of a gardener.

25. All the men on my father's side of the family died relatively young - early 70's and under. However my surviving brother has broken the record and will be 75 this year. All the woman on that side of the family did much better - living in to their 80's and even one in her 90's. Hmmm - wonder where I fit in there???
26. When I was in grade school, I wrote an essay that won me a trip to the U.N. and Radio City Music Hall. That was my first train trip.
27. I never got my driver's license until after I was married, because my father was a very old-fashioned Italian dad, and he believed that women didn't need to know how to drive, and wouldn't allow me to take driver's-ed in school. Obviously, my mother never learned to drive!

I had forgotten to list that I am also a person that can't stand avocado until recently. I couldn't stand the texture, the look, the taste, etc.

For the Super Bowl, I made my first guacamole and it was delicious!! I couldn't eat alot of it but I'm getting better.

I've never had Passion Fruit. I love Kiwi fruit tho. I like most all fruit - I just can't bring myself to try avocado. I even like Pomegranates.

My sports random 28...

1 I love all kinds of sports, if it moves, I'll watch.

2 Racing is the best. I have been to Off Road races in Nevada and California.

3. I have been to every huge stadium in So Cal and San Diego.

4. I have been to basketball games in seats so close I could hear the shoes squeak and players cussing.

5. I have been to hockey games where I have heard the bones squeak and players cussing.

6. Baseball is the best-But, I really love football!

7. I went to a whole season of Arena Football games for the old L.A. Cobras.

21. I love the torch run and followed the dang thing as it cruised thru the valley in 1984.

22. I have seen the torch runs for the L.A., Atlanta and SLC Olympics! The best!

Avocados are called "alligator pears" in some areas and there are two types smooth and coarse skinned, Haas is one type, I can't think oif the other.

Richard, this is very simple and I know you've done it this way:

GUACAMOLE RECIPE

3 ripe avocados(more if you wish)
2 plum tomatoes-deseeded
2 cloves of carlic finely diced
Cilantro to taste(I used quite a bit)
2 green onions sliced, tops and all
1 fresh jalapeno, diced-deseeded
Pickled jalapenos-I used about 8 slices-HOT HOT HOT!!!
1 tbsp. juice from the pickled jalapenos-EVEN HOTTER :eek:
Salt
Coarsely ground peppercorns
Juice of one nice juicy lime

Put the avocado in a bowl(I didn't mash it). I left it chunky so I could eat it.;)
Mix all ingredients with the avocado. Stir together gently, leaving chunks.
Squirt lime juice all over the mixture and gently stir in. You can add this with everything else if you want to avoid stirring too much.

If you like it mashed, just mash it or stir normally.

I think that's all I put in it, Richard. I hate it even more when it turns brown. The lime juice helps that from happening.
I dipped it with tortilla wedges I deep fried. It was delicious!!

ETA: I may have thrown some more spices I like in there too. I'm good at throwing everything in the spice rack in all my dishes.:)

Carmen, that book was so sad. At the end, I was bawling. I felt like I knew him and his family and all I could see were his kids and Jai not having him anymore. How cool that he wrote that book and left it for his legacy.:(
