Oh my goodness, how sad. :( Corrina was such a nice lady. I can't even believe it, I'm in absolute chock. Thank you so much, Tim, for letting us know. My heart goes out to you and your family.
Oh Tim, I am so very sorry. very LES. My heart goes out to you. She certainly was a cherished PT'er, a truly great friend with lots of love to give. I am at a loss of words, just in complete & utter shock. This is so very sad.
I am sure Nanook greated her with open paws as did many a PT RB pets.
She will forever remain in my thoughts & prayers as you & the family will too.
My fur family & I offer our most sincere condolences to you and your family. many hugs Tim.
If you need anything at all please do not hesitate to ask.
I feel like I felt when my brother and mother passed away, no goodbye, they were just gone.
I did not know corinna real well but she was always kind and supportive. Now I am reading about dog beds she sent to Val, quilts to cataholic and gifts for cataholic neice. What a nice lady and what a great loss.
I kept waking up in the night thinking about Corinna. This could have been any one of us....a precious life taken in an instant. All the more reason to give thanks and appreciation for all we have and the people we know and love.
I have been away for awhile and had no idea. Something brought me back and this makes my heart so heavy. I'm so terribly, terribly saddened to have lost such a loving woman of our community. Peace.
:( OMG I am just devastated & in shock & tears.. My Heart & Prayers go out to her husband Tim & family & babies.. Karen can you let us know if we can send Symphathy Cards.. Can I wake up now & this not be true..
I have been feeling the very same way.Quote:

Oh no :( I am so sorry for your loss, I'm at a loss of words, I've lost so many loved ones in the past year that I barely know what to do with myself anymore. It hurts so much and I'm just so sorry, she was very nice though I didn't know her very well.
Oh my! This is so shocking! I am so sorry for her family. She will truely be missed by us all.
:(
I can hardly find the words to express what I would love to say!
I'm so sorry Tim and family for your GREAT loss! This Pet Talk community will miss you Corinna very much!!
Prayers and HUGS are being sent ...... :(
so very sad!!!!! :(
OMG!!!!! :(
I'm completely in shock here!!! What has happened?
Corinna was such a nice and caring person; she sent me a present when I had my surgery two years ago, and she also sent a postcard from Montana, to show me where she lived.
I'm so very sorry to read this, my hearfelt condolences to everyone close to her.
Kirsten
Gosh, this is such sad news. RIP Corinna. She will be missed. Oh my gosh.
I'm still in shock. Every time I log on and see her name on a post, I burst into tears.
You just never know.
Now I'm so glad I'm a hugging person. Some people don't get it. I was taught to hug and kiss and say "I love you" to my family every night before bed, regardless of what happened during the day.
Hugs to you, Tim and Clarissa and family.
Tim I'm so sorry to hear this news. Corinna was so kind and always willing to offer support to anyone in need. There is no doubt that heaven has a new angel watching over all of us!
I'm so sorry, this is such a shock. :( Corinna will be missed by all of us.
I searched for her last posts, and she posted a lot yesterday. This came so suddenly, which makes it especially hard to believe. :( :( :(
Kirsten
Oh Tim, I'm so sorry, I didn't know her as well as LH did but she is the nicest person I've ever had the fortune to meet online. When she sent the care package for Gina she sent things for me and LH and the kids (human and fur) as well and she didn't really even know them.
Corinna will be sorely missed at Thursdays! Anytime you feel like dancing Corinna you just let me know I'll be at Thursdays dancing like nobody's watchin'.
Tim if you need more than one shoulder to cry on LH and I will have four of 'em out here in NY.
Last night Slick and I were on the phone and we lit candles in Corinna's honor and I said a prayer to God to keep her family in His hands...and to help Corinna to heaven safely and peacefully.
Its unfair we have to loose such an amazing person, who defined who and what a Pet Talker is...but also who a Godly person should be. She always had a kind word and lent a shoulder to cry on. She was fun and sweet and just plain wonderful.
The world has lost one of its best. :(
Corinna, we'll all remember you in the most precious place in our hearts.
May we all meet again on the other side. That time we can hug and talk and enjoy each other.
God Bless Tim and family...
With Love,
Kelly :(
I just came online to check the status of the card swap and then was directed to this thread. :( As shown by all the other responses, a great loss of a wonderful lady will be felt by this online community.
My heart goes out to you Tim and family. May you be surrounded with the love and support from this community and your family while you deal privately with this tragic event.
Corinna will be terribly missed but always remembered by everyone here. It's a sad day. Hugs to everyone involved.
:(
I'm so sorry for your loss. Prayers from Kansas.................... :(
Oh gosh, how shocking is right. I never really knew Corinna either, but truely enjoyed reading her posts. They were always upbeat and full of love.
She was one lovely woman and always looked so bubbly in her pictures.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Prayers from Canada for Tim and the family.
Rest in Peace dear sweet Corinna. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
I'm lost for words :( I didn't get to know her well, but she was such a sweet lady...
Rest in Peace, dear Corinna. You will never be forgotten in the PT family.
((((hugs)))) for you Tim, and all your family.
:(
I didn't know Corinna as well as most of you.But she was alwas so nice and caring in her posts.I am so sorry.Corinna you are missed. :(
Your family is in my prayers.
This is a reminder to live fully every moment you are here and to never take one moment for granted. Always let people know what they mean to you. It is so hard to lose someone so quickly, and, completely out of nowhere. I don't even know what to say except to say that I will try even harder to celebrate life, because although I didn't know Corinna all that well, I could tell she lived her life with love and laughter. I'm so sorry for your loss, Tim.
I really do not know what too say i was talking to her 2 days ago,They find out she has passed on,Tim Your wife was a beautiful person inside and out,If there is anything i can do call.I am speechless on the news,Its too bad im so very sorry.
I lit a virtual candle for Corinna, here's the link if you'd like to light one as well..
It's so obvious by all the posts here that Corinna was a very treasured member of PT. To say she was kind and caring is really an understatement.
We corresponded several times, and she sent me cards after Tubby died and after my surgery - all unexpected on my part. She took it upon herself to spread her thoughtfulness everywhere.
I'm so glad she had such a fun day taking the "old-fashioned" pics. What a wonderful day for her daughter to cherish and retell to her granddaughter.
Tim, our thoughts are with you at this very difficult time. Corinna will be as missed here on PT as she will be at home. :(
I've been thinking about Corinna all day. R.I.P... :(
I couldn't sleep very well either I had Corinna on my mind all night. My husband was working out of town when I saw the thread where she had passed. When he called me all's I could do was cry and tell him a member on here was gone. You are so right slick a precious life can be gone in an instant.Quote:

Clarissa (Corinna's daughter) was wondering about if people could send stories or such about their experiences with Corinna that she could put in a booklet for Charity Jean so that she could get to know her Grandma when she is older.
We just got the report from the coroner that states cause of death a severe heart disease. She had 3 plugged arteries and had evidence of a previous heart attack (unknown to us) and had a heart attack within 2-3 hours before time of death (which was estimated at 3-5am.)
Thank you for your support.

Thank you, Karen, for the update, and for staying in touch with Tim and Clarissa. Last night I think I was mostly in shock. Today it really hit me and I have cried several times (each time harder than the last) for the loss of such a special person. Corinna was a happy, thoughtful, good natured person, who will be sorely missed.
Tim, you and your whole family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
Thank you, Karen for the update. Can we send flowers? That would really mean a lot to me if I could send flowers too.
Willie :(
Thank-You, Karen, for providing us with this up-date.
Today has been such a difficult one for all of us on Pet Talk who knew her. :(
:( :( :( My hubs is gone too. He just started a new job 900 miles from here, plus, he just had a defibrillator "installed" this summer, because he is a candidate for sudden death syndrome due to heart failure. I told him about Corinna, I wish he was here to hug. He sends his condolences to Corinna's family.Quote:

Thank you for the update, Karen. What a wonderful lady she was and a true friend to all. I'm so glad she got to take those pictures with the family before this happened. I can't get her off my mind either. :( :( :(
Trayi52 and others, if people want to contribute, we will send flowers from all of Pet Talk ... PM me, anyone who is interested.
How about any charities that she liked? We could donate to them, too.
Val, this is what I was thinking as well. There must be a local rescue group in her own town that would welcome a donation in her name - it would be a good way to honor her in her own home.
I hate to try to contact her husband. Karen may have a better idea of this right now.
